Rigo told us when to expect him, and texted us when he was running a little late. He was thorurowas efficient and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. The final bill was a little less than he quoted us on the phone. He cleaned up the work area after he finished. He did an excellent job.

Very personable service technition. Took the time to figure out the problem. Charged $120 to auger 1 toilet line about 5-6 feet. Seemed a little pricey for the amount of time and service. I don t know if he should have cleaned up the mess on the floor but he didn t.
