I want to start by saying, I was searching for a home inspector at 1 am. Dennis was wonderful to work with. Great rates, professional, responsive and friendly. He was very thorough and found legitimate issues in our new construction home. I only took off a star because we added a Wind Mitigation inspection for an additional fee but were later told by the insurance company, realtor and builder that wind mitigation is unnecessary for a brand new roof. Wish Dennis had told us, but otherwise he is a commendable home inspector.

Dennis arrived when he said he would and he and his sister completed a thorough walk through of my house and provided feedback to me every step of the way about significant items and even minor things and how I could take corrective action with the least pain. The final report arrived quickly and with excellent detail. The service and interaction were so much better than I could have hoped, and I definitely could not begin to imagine the level of detail I would receive. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.
