+ -1 moreThey show up when they say they will. Even Sundays and holidays. They do the little extra things you do not expect - in my case an outside electrical outlet was a surprise that I find handy. They clean up everything, work hard and explain what they are doing, why and how. One of a very few vendors/contractors I look forward to seeing come. Prices are very fair, epecially for quality of the work. I had zero issues or complaints. I wish they did other work as they are that reliable.
Description of Work: They came to repair a 14 year old A/C and were unable (they had been servicing it for several years) and worked with their vendor to come up with the best deal - I got other estimates and nothing came close - especially when you consider they are able to do the electrical work involved with the A/C installation also. I know they came to my neighbors (I talked to them while they worked) on a July 4th when their contractor would not, and of course my neighbor has switched to Currents and Cooling also.
