CABLE LINK COMMUNICATIONS

They never showed up to bury the original rj11 drop that needed to be buried due to us putting in a pool which consequently was destroyed by heavy equipment. After the finally showed up after 5 no show no call appointments the service tech removed the rj11 drop and replac ed it with a rj6 drop so all my services were screwed up. I called again and they sent out a tech to run the new line who said he didn't have any rj11 on his truck so he would co.email back the following day to run the drop after he picked up the cable from the warehouse. Of course he never called or showed again. A week later I getanother tech who runs the right drop but doesn't bury it and leaves it exposed as well as messes up something in the box and now I have no Internet or phone. I call them back and they tell me we will have someone to you between 12 and 2 and I said they had to be here by 2 beca use we have dinner plans with our family. 2:15 rills around and I get a phone call that says the tech won't be here for at least another 30 minutes. I then find out the tech has beenough rescheduled to between 1 and 6. 6:15 rolls around and I call them back and they tell me that I am rescheduled for tomorrow between 12 and 2. How can you stay in business this way. They have no respect for anyone and have a we will get to it when we want attitude. I am thoroughly disgusted.
