BUDGET BLINDS

On 7/29/2015, I paid the Lakeland, Florida franchise for Budget Blinds $2,100.00 to manufacture and install plantation shutters on 3 windows at my home. To this date I have received absolutely nothing. No shutters, no delivery date, no explanation and no refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company who looked into the matter and reimbursed me. I even contacted the corporate office for Budget Blinds asking for help. They sent an email stating that the matter was between the local Budget Blinds franchisee and myself and just kept sending me back to the person who took my money in the first place.

They were very prompt and came, measured the nine windows and showed me numerous samples of window coverings. After selecting one and they gave me the price and said that it would be two to three weeks for them to receive the shades. Three weeks later they contacted me and scheduled the installation. The installation went very well and they adjusted the curtain closures on the window. They cleaned up after the installation. They were very professional!
