+ 0 moreOverall 3 day experience went complete without any setbacks or problems. The owner and his assistance were here all 3 days, on time and left everything as spotless as it could be for that working day. Mr. Benner spent a great deal of time with me on decisions for the colors for the house and front door well before he even started the actual job! Mr. Benner also managed to do a few extra things when he was finished painting the house without me asking, like painting the mailbox post with the appropriate colors used for our neighborhood(he happened to have extra from a previous paint job). Could not be happier with all of the results! It took some time convincing me to apply the very popular "satin" finish for the house paint. I thought it might look too shiny. But it is not and actually has a much more expensive look and feel with the new colors in a satin finish. The colors have a rich appearance instead of a plain flat look. I will hire this company again if I ever need them!
Description of Work: Pressure wash exterior home with a solution of bleach and TSP. Scrape loose peeling paint from louver vents and apply one coat of primer, caulk wood to stucco and apply finish coat where needed. Caulk around windows. Caulk open joints in fascia and soffits. Caulk all 1X2 wood to stucco where groove cu at soffits and ceilings. Sand rusted corner beads and prime with a rust inhibitive procyrl primer. Dig down below grade around house and put back after painting complete. Cover-up and otherwise protect all pre-finished items such as front door, cement, screen enclosure, etc.. Apply sealer coat of Loxon Clear Conditioner. Apply finish coat of Super Paint with Satin Finish to fascia, soffits, ceilings, stucco, garage door, front and back door. ***Customer has chosen 2 paint colors already for the exterior of the house (main and accent). Will apply these samples on first day of work.
