 + -1 moreAustin & Barnett technician was great about supplying me with his cell number so I could text him when we have AC problems. Our current AC/Heat Pump system has recurring issues that started prior to our purchase of the home. The first company I hired did additional damage to our AC system. Austin and Barnett have been excellent in helping us keep this system running until we could determine if it is more cost effective to repair the system or replace it. This week, when we returned home from a 5 week vacation, we discovered we had no AC. I texted our Austin & Barnett technician and he responded immediately. Our AC system was recharged and is working again for a few more weeks, all under the annual service fee. We are very pleased with the quality of service and responsiveness of this company.
Description of Work: Add refrigerant and recharge system. Cost was covered under annual service of $75.00 paid in Feb 2015. The technician was great about following up multiple times prior to 9-28-15 to troubleshoot and find the small leak in the coil. Austin & Barnett has been responsive to my calls, took time to train me to back flush the system, provided recommendation for replacement filters, and provided options and quotes as requested.
