Would give them zero stars if I could. Terrible after sale service! My parents bought a sectional sofa they paid $1433 for, put $700 down and they are very unhappy with it. First of all it took 3 weeks to be delivered! When it came it didn’t look like the same thing they saw at the store. It has a lot of issues, such as a crooked frame, so the two pieces doesn’t line up, has bunching crooked seams, one leg wash an inch off the ground and they kept saying no refund that they’ll fix then “maybe” a refund and that if returned cause it can’t be fixed, they won’t get their $700. That’s BS! They have been dealing with super long wait times to get customer care to answer. Once they do answer most of them are rude. They've canceled appointments while on their way and rescheduled appointments and take a week to come back. We told them the sofa should have been inspected before delivery to ensure quality. Delivery person actually tried to hide the problems on purpose, insisting he set it up the way he wanted so they couldn’t see it and now they’re stuck with a crappy couch they don’t want anymore. Sofa was even delivered dirty too. We believe this sofa was previously returned and they are trying to pass it on to people as it is. This is poor business practices and customer service! I’ve reported them to BBB because they are trying to take advantage of good people. I do not recommend Ashley at all!

The girl that sold us the chair was very sweet, and told us to let her know if we had any issues. It was delivered 2 days later, right on time. My complaint is that they chair looks very different than it did in the store. She told us that the color might be a little different, but it is a lot different. It is also a lot bigger than it appeared in the store. I realized after they dropped it off that I really didn't like it. I was not able to speak to the sales girl that we worked with until 2 days later. She said that we needed to call customer service. I called them, and they said that they couldn't do anything, so I needed to call the store. I called again, and spoke the the same girl, and she said she would speak to her manager. She did not call me back. When I called back, she said that the manager would not do anything for me. I spoke with him, and he just kept saying that it was my fault. He said that I should have measured, but the height was the issue. He also said that I should have told the delivery men, and that the girl did tell me that I only had 3 days. He would not clarify if that was 3 days from order or delivery. He also would not take into account that I had been calling and trying to resolve it since the day it was delivered. I offered to pay for another chair as a replacement, but he refused. I understand that they have policies, but they should be more clear about them, and there was no reason for him to be so rude.
Description of Work: I purchased a chaise lounge from them.

They were excellent. They were very friendly and courteous. They had to work in the heat and they did very well.
