APE SERVICES LLC

APE Services has done several jobs for us. We have hired them to clean and service our rental properties and also repair our personal residential AC. They are very professional and conscientious. Their prices are competitive and they honor their estimates. We have been particularly impressed by the extent to which they keep us informed and make themselves available after completing a job. We would definitely recommend APE services without reservation.

I can't say enough good things about APE Services. My AC decided to break down unexpectedly towards the end of the year, and I was starting to panic because of the holidays. I gave them a call, and they were very responsive and had someone out to my house the very next day. The technician, Julian, was awesome. He showed up right on time, was super friendly, and actually took the time to walk me through what was going on with my system. I appreciated how he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need but gave me some helpful advice to avoid future issues. They got the job done quickly and didn’t leave a mess behind, which is always a plus. The pricing was fair, especially given the time of year. I’ll definitely be using them for any future HVAC work and maintenance. Great service all around!

Really cool people love the owner, and the service was great and all

We had a great experience with APE Services. The employees are amazing. They serviced several of our rental AC units and were respectful, hardworking and efficient. They charged a very fair price. They went out of their way to talk to my tenants and encourage them to maintain ac filters etc. The owner is honest, hard working and personable. Keep an eye on this company- they are setting a new standard snd are going places!

I highly recommend reaching out to these guys if you're having any troubles with your AC. Julian, Caleb, and Cole were all so helpful and did everything they could to help solve our many AC problems. They came out multiple times late at night and early in the morning, solved many problems quickly and efficiently as they came up, and also guided us to the most cost effective solutions for us. Julian also wired and installed a mini split for us and that has made a huge difference in our home. Our house used to sit at 83 degrees with our main unit on, and now it sits at its set 72 degrees during peak afternoon. We seriously cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us! I don't have to sweat in my home anymore :)

Highly recommend these guys. Julian and his crew were able to fix my AC in no time! They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and then had everything ready to go shortly after. Often times companies do not show care in their work, but these guys are reliable, honest and trustworthy.
