Make sure they clean up after themselves. I’ve used a few times and that is the improvement opportunity for this young business. But the guys are open to feedback and looking to be the best they can. Also they need to protect your surfaces when using equipment.

I recently hired All Round Repair for plumbing services, which included removing and installing three toilets, replacing three valves/ supply lines, and unclogging a sink using hydrojetting. My experience was awesome from start to finish. The team of four professionals was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and respectful of my home. They took care to minimize mess and ensured everything was cleaned up after the work was completed. Their commitment to doing the job right was appreciated. I recommend All Round Repair to anyone in need of plumbing services or an assessment. During my service they found mold under the kitchen sink and a rusted garbage disposal. I plan to reach out to the team again to repair under the sink. Itâ s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with such great customer service. Enterprising young man owns this business. Kept me informed of his arrival time. Explained in detail what he would do (I had a clogged kitchen sink and thought they would "snake it through), but he has a swirling very hot water system that melted the hardened grease that caused the clog. Very clean. We would definitely recommend them.

Nick is very knowledgeable. His crew was great and sprung into action quickly upon arrival. They performed a video diagnosis and Nick explained everything as we were looking at video. They identified a couple drain clogs and used hydrojet to dissolve. Problem solved. I would hire All Round Repair & More LLC again. Very good pricing.

Nick and his crew arrived late in the day but were determined to do the job and clear the clog so I wouldn't have to worry about it another day.

Honestly, the score would have been worse but the owner was a good kid and respectful. However, his associates in their work ethic, timing, and quality of service were poor. When you pay over 5K for a project you expect punctuality, top equipment, and a fine clean-up. I received known of those things. I feel I was overcharged on equipment and time. Frankly, Angi List I am surprised that they were A listed. If I had not called every time to see where they were I would still be waiting (I am still so, if they decide to come back once again to clear out my drains that still have dirt and water, pick the PVC pipe, and clean off my fence with dirt and muck on it, I am here). Did not communicate well and had to come back multiple times including when the pump did not work the first time and my house was almost flooded. At this point, if they come to finish great but this was an unacceptable chain of events.

Nick and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. If I could give them more stars I would.

Nick had some good reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. BIG Mistake. After initially trying to sell me on a $6500 pipe cleaning, I paid $950 for the one that had the problem because it was an addition that had its own drain field. This was done in April. I started having the same problem less than 3 months later. When I contacted Nick he IMMEDIATELY said "I'll come but it's $375". This was to clear the pipe again. I simply wanted him to come check his work. If there was a separate problem, of course I would pay but I'm certainly not paying 2x for a service I was told would last years. Then 5 no shows. I was constantly asking for updates and waiting. Horrible communication. One excuse after the other. When they finally did come (3wks later) it was at a time that he knew I had an appointment. They came into my private farm, opening my gate with a loose horse out. My cameras caught it all. When I asked why they were there he said most of his clients let him come when they're not home. I sure didn't authorize that. Nick then promised to stay on schedule and be here in the morning. I never heard from him again. I have reported them to the BBB and have to start over with a new company. I'm sure he's fine if you pay their high pricing and leave him alone? He initially said he just likes helping people. A lot of "yes Ma'am" and "God Bless". What a joke. So congrats Nick, you got me for nearly 1k but God sees everything.

I had a family party and someone flushed down some wipes, Nick and his crew were able to come the next morning and get me unclogged!

Very communicative and kept me informed these guys were very knowledgeable at what they did and it was great work.

I had 8ft of inlet 4" pipe replaced.they charged me 4,000.00 I found out from another company that the charge should have been no more than 1,200.00 called the company to complain about being grossly overcharged to no avail.would never recommend this company to anyone.
