ALL IN ONE SEPTIC

Charged me $2700+ to jet my drainfield it’s been about 3 months and were already backing up again. Every time ive reached out Ive been left completely unanswered. When I asked for pictures of services rendered 3 months ago they were never provided. I am trying to give these guys the opportunity to come back out and ensure they did the job correctly, before taking further action. Will be filing complaints with DBPR and Florida Licensing if we cant reach a solution or reimbursement

After calling all around looking for someone to come out and pump my septic tank on a busy Friday getting no one who could come out..I finally came across this Angi app, and got a few call backs saying they couldn't come out until Monday...then I get a call from Ricky the owner of All In One Septic Inc who said he'd be able to call a driver out that afternoon!! But to my surprise when the driver got here it was actually the owner, Ricky and his Dad who actually took the time out to pump it so we didn't have to wait!! Not only were they fast, friendly and very knowledgeable, but they also did it all at a Great Price!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All In One Septic Inc to anyone who needs ANY kind of service with their Septic!! Thank You!!

I had some paper in one of the pipes. It was in the garage pipes. We opened the pipe in the garage and water came out. Ricky put in a snake and took out very little paper. I paid and he left. Two hours later the problem stated happening again, so I called him back. He said that he would come back out and fix it when he got done with the job that he was on. I asked if he was going to charge me again and he said now. I waited up until 10:30 pm for him to come back and he never showed. After a couple of days and me calling him several times and leaving messages, I went to the store, purchased a snake, opened up the pipe at the same place he did, and finished the job. I continue to call Ricky but he always dodges my calls and messages. Ricky was nice but he did a poor job with fixing my clog and now won't return any of my calls.

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! I was given a 3-6 time frame. Noone showed up. I called at 6, was assured that "dad" would be on the way soon and would call when he was headed to my house. No call came. I called the company number 6 more times over the course of the evening and my call was never answered again.
