Installers were on time, very professional and went above & beyond to take extra care in the attic where my plumbing pipes are located. The old system in the attic was removed and the new system installed and a new hurricane rated pad was installed under the outside condenser. I would highly recommend this business for their customer service and integrity.

+ -1 moreI find them to be very professional, clean, tidy, courteous, polite, and never have a problem explaining to me what they are doing. If they find a problem they tell me what the issue is and whether or not it can wait or needs to be fixed then. They are honest with you. I spoke to the owner and he gave me a price which was 50% less then another company and could do it a lot sooner.
Description of Work: I used Alexander Air Conditioning And Heating Inc for an AC unit maintenance. They checked out both units of the properties using a multi point check, reported any issues and replaced the spec.
