Tim Martin of Affordable Blinds was awesome. We had 2 other companies come to our house to show us samples and provide estimates. Tim stayed longer than the other 2. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Tim's quote was the lowest, too. We decided to go with Tim and Affordable Blinds. Originally, we thought we wanted motorized blinds, but when we asked Tim about the best product for the possible sale of our home, Tim recommended shutters. The shutters were much less expensive than the blinds. We ordered the shutters and a few weeks later, Tim and 2 coworkers installed the shutters. I could not believe how well they fit, how quickly they were installed, how durable they are, and how great they look. My wife's first comment was - "we should have done this a long time ago." Last night, we closed the shutters tight and all the light from the street lights was blocked out as Tim had promised. Thank you!

They were quick to return my call and we set up a conenient time and day for someone to come out. I needed new cords and a repair to the top of a cellular shade in my home office. Even though the shades were sold and installed in 2009, Tim (Martin) said there would be no charge! He didn't have to remove the shade to take it with him. He ordered the part along with some new blinds for a bedroom and came back about two weeks later. The new blinds were installed and the shade was repaired. I also am ordering a Roman shade for a 2nd home we have on the beach in North Florida. I have used Affordable in the past and they are so nice to deal with. Their prices are very good too. I can recommend them highly.
