The serviceman was on time and very good at his work. Very happy with service and promptness.

Tech. arrived on time and got right to work. Did locks in groups (three or four at a time) which was a little inconvenient, as three or four doors were unlocked at a time, but well worth the inconvenience because of the speed and price of the job. He worked cleanly with no mess to clean up. A couple of the locks were old but he was able to rekey them anyway except for one which needed to be replaced. Besides a deadbolt, the front door had an old latch button lock--no problem for the tech. He finished quickly and under budget!!

Their work was so bad and shoddy that I refused to let the property management company that I work with, use my funds to pay for the job. I then hired Anderson lock, highly rated by Angies List, to come out and fix all these problems. ERIC WAS WONDERFUL so hire Anderson Lock and Key and NOT ACE -

My sister and I wanted to have the locks on my mother's home changed and were looking for someone we could trust. The review stating Mike had made the client feel safe was the deciding item for us. After contacting Mike, we knew we'd made the right choice. He was caring and compassionate, as well as being completely professional and competent. Not only did he change the lock on the front door, he repaired the back door and installed a very secure lock, and provided the number of keys we needed. I would not hesitate to call Mike again, or to recommend him to my family and friends.

Provider was contacted by property manager, although I had already researched them online. Mike, the owner, contacted me in the morning to let me know that he had several jobs before me and not exactly in my area, but that he would come by my house in the afternoon. In the afternoon I then contacted him to ask for an approximate time of arrival since I had to run some errands and didn't want to miss the appointment with him. He was very responsive and explained that he was running a little behind but that if I needed to go, to let him know when to be back and that he would wait for me. At the agreed time, his assistant Kevin called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and got to work right away and assured me that the job would be done very quickly which it was. I can't say anything about the cost, since this was covered by my property manager, but I was very satisfied with the service.

They performed the work quickly and at a very reasonable rate. One of the locks was 60 years old and was very difficult to work with, but they managed to get it done and all the keys worked fine. Very nice and professional fellows - would definitely use them again!

I'd say the professionalism needed a little work but they were very responsive and very quick with the job. He was very articulate, but he was dressed down a little bit. Other than that he was great.

He was prompt, did the work in a timely manner and did a great job.

I walked to a nearby store to call my daughter and she called the locksmith for me. He got up out of bed and picked me up at the store and took me home. It didn't even take him 60 seconds to get in and make me a new key. He was extreamly nice. He took a check from me, the money was well worth it! He put me at ease and made me feel safe.
