It was one of the best services I've had. Clean air is very important to me and he showed up early and worked very hard cleaning my system all day. I actually have two systems so there was a lot to be done.

Everything went fine. Thorough. Cleaned up after.

The unlimited Air Duct Cleaning ended up only being for half of them because I have two A/C systems. All of the additional upsell items seemed to me to be bit of a forced choice and did up to quite a large amount and be very time-consuming. The items included, Whole House Germicidal UV Air Treatment, Blower Wheel Pull and Clean, 10 MFD Run Capacitor, and Air Duct Sanitizing.

It was difficult to schedule and the service technician arrived at the very end of the 2-hour window, but he was very friendly and did a great job. My house has tall ceilings and a lot of vents. He went through each vent carefully. I appreciated the attention to detail.

Our ducts were clean. He checked them and let us know no work was needed. Saved us a lot of money!!

Excellent. Ken was here when promised, did a great job, cleaned up all areas of debris and recommended possible improvements to our system.

Ken was so knowledgable that I started using him for my all AC unit needs as well. It's obvious he knows what he's doing and has the expertise to actually fix the problem vs. putting a band aid on it. Thank you Ken!

Actual air duct cleaning was done well by a very professional gentleman. The problem was with initial contact and scheduling. The company did not contact me. I had to contact them. Then it was over a month before they could squeeze me in.

The job was performed adequately and the gentleman worked hard and as efficiently as possible. The major issue I had and am very disturbed about is the unfair and poorly/incorrectly described pricing structure until asking for the credit card and signature and it was too late. Angie's list advertisement was for $299 for single forced air unit with unlimited vents and main trunk lines based on one unit (this same offer was $199 a week later). We were told that we had two units since we have two floors and that "it would be $100 more" for the second unit if we wanted done. Since we felt this was reasonable we proceeded. In the end we paid the $299 for one unit and an ADDITIONAL $399 FOR THE SECOND UNIT. I was appalled at this play on words and said this made no sense and was not what was said but he said it was done and that is the cost, he could tell I was not happy and I said I was filing a complaint for what I feel was a rip off and deceitful play on words. Unfortunately, I just had spinal surgery 7 days before and was in no physical condition to do anything else at the time but I feel this was really poorly transparent and took advantage of my situation when I should have cancelled and bought the $199 twice and had them come out for each "unit", $400 versus the $700 I paid which would make no sense for company cost or customer time. There was no service recovery performed per normal customer service standards or attempt to mediate or escalate to come to a reasonable agreement or compromise. The service was performed fine to the best of my knowledge but I have no knowledge of what is done in the ducts and given the above, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I defintely would not recommend

It went excellent. Kenya was wonderful as well. This was my first time using this company, and would defiantly recommend them.

They suggested not to dote job. They suggest to change the A/C unit then to contact them.

I did use them. They were very good. I actually have two different systems in my house. The $199 Big Deal was for one unit, and then they charged me another $199 for the other unit, but I knew that going in. Just one person came out to do the work and he was there for probably a couple of hours.

I did not have a good experience because I scheduled a deal with them. We live in Florida and part of the places in the roof are 12, 13 and 14 feet. That's very common in Florida and also with new construction. They came on the appointed time, they were fine with that. The gentleman who came, when he saw my roof, he said he was not able to work, because he needed a little bigger ladder. They said they have to reschedule it. I said perfectly fine and they rescheduled it. I think that they did not bother to catch all of the right tools, ladder or whatever, in that span of time. Then the day that had to come back again, in the morning they called us that they don't have an 8 foot tall ladder. So I was a little disappointed. I said look, I bought all kinds of lighting fixtures that stick to my roof, I have got my fans prepared. They said they don't have that tall of a ladder. I said that is not an excuse, because I have recessed lighting in my ceilings, so even when a bulb has to be changed, and the electrician comes to change the bulb,they are available and bring it. So they regretted it, and I had no option but to get my money back, and that was it. They did not do the work. they said please take your refund. They never did my work. This is an experience with them. They rescheduled the appointment twice then they denied and that they would not be able to do the work. So this was an experience with them. They deserted my job, so I can just give them F's for everything. Because they deserted my job and because it was something that they could have easily done. They did not make an effort to get a tall enough ladder that was a little bit bigger and they are easily available at the stores or even to rent. Maybe they didn't want to invest or whatever their reason was. The experience was bad. My job was not done. I had to indulge twice, I had to wait for them. I had to pay, then I had to call up Angie's List to get my money back. It was bad all over. There was nothing good about it. I received the e-mails to rate the review, but I intentionally did not rate, because I did not want really to give bad marks to any business organization, though I was not happy at all with this. I stay in this house, my roof is still 14 feet, if they do not have arrangements to service such a roof size, I do not have any use for them. These are the hard facts. I do not want to receive any calls from the services provider. It should be in their record that they did not complete their services and they regretted it.

The team did very well and I was very pleased with their professionalism and timeliness in getting the job done.

The first date we had set was cancelled because their equipment was broken. The second appointment they came and they did a good job. Ken was very nice and professional in the way he performed his job. The problem was a communication issue. We had three air conditioning units so I knew it would be more than the $199. Our bill ended up being over $800.00. We had a brand new unit in the garage and he cleaned that one too. That mistake cost me $200. He should have checked with me. He also should have done a quick assessment and given me a price for the whole job before he got started. I was shocked at the amount of money it cost us. Other than that Ken did an excellent job.

Ken was very professional. I could tell he works hard and is dedicated to his craft. I didn't feel like I was being overcharged or anything. He runs a smooth operation.

I was called that morning and given a 1/2 hour time frame when I could expect my technician. Ken showed up and showed me how to change my principle filter. He went right to work and vacuumed out the ducts immediately. He had a pleasant, knowledgeable and professional manner.

It went well. Professional and on time.

All though it was a long day, it was completed in a very professional manner.

Ken was fantastic to work with and really did a great job until we never heard from anyone again and now can't reach anyone!
