Ken was very accommodating in my need to move our appointment time around and arrived right on schedule. He thoroughly cleaned our vents without hesitation, even when one gave him a bit of difficulty due to its construction. He was extremely friendly and at no point pushy. I wish more tradesmen could be like this! A+

Ken was very professional throughout, always returning my calls ahead of time, and calling ahead of his visit. Once there, Ken got to work and did a fantastic job. The dryer works like new now. Ken was on time, the consummate gentleman, and left the work site as he found it, nice and clean. Kudos on a job well done!

Ken did a superb job in transforming our AC unit. Previously, I have had 4 technicians service my unit from another company, and he is the first to really spend significant time inspecting the unit. He was able to to detect issues and promptly provide appropriate solutions in spite of the amount of work involved. What I love the most is that he does not cut corners. With his integrity to the craft and to providing a service, he does not stop until the work is exceptionally done. He is meticulous, thorough, diligent, with exceptional expertise. I just wish that I could find people like him with that kind of integrity and dedication to producing great work in other service areas.

I purchased a Deal, spoke with Ken, the owner, and he was flexible about my schedule changes (due to the tile job taking longer). Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again.

It went excellent they came out to clean my air ducts and found that I was having an air flow issues so they adjusted my ducts cleaned my vents my machine is running better than it ever has they were prompt courteous and professional would highly recommend

We purchased a special for air duct cleaning for our new home. They came and cleaned all ducts and were professional. My criticism for quality has more to do with the fact they scratched up newly painted walls and baseboards with the vacuum and hosing. That may be something that is unavoidable, but I certainly did not expect it. They seemed to do a thorough job, but as I've never had this service before, I'm not able to truly rate.

It went really well. We gladly paid about an extra in order to address a major mold outbreak we had through our entire air ducts. After a thorough cleaning, they even installed a UV light to prevent the mold from re-occurring. Given that we have a really old A/C unit that's on its last legs, it was really needed.

Each vent was removed and each duct was cleaned. For an additional fee a sanitizer was sprayed into my ducts. They did a good job.

Not very well. A microbial was sprayed for a cheaper price with a promised refund. As of today I haven’t received the refund nor have I gotten a response from this company.

Ken advised we had mold spores so he cleaned the air ducts, then sanitized. He installed a ultra violet light in the air handler unit to continue killing any possible future spores. Ken explained every step he completed. Very professional.

Technician arrived on schedule and was very polite and professional. Showed him a problem we were having and he immediately identified the cause and recommended corrective action and performed that corrective action while he was here. It's been two months since service was performed, and have not had a recurrence of air duct problem. Hope to have Breath of Fresh Aire conduct our regular semi-annual preventive maintenance on HVAC unit.

Very well. The deal covered every vent in the house and the services were performed with no issues or problems. There was no upselling or anything. I like companies that work this way. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent from start to finish. This was no half-baked job, he worked all afternoon and into the early evening hours to do the job right! Cleaned all the ducts, vents and ceilings where we had crud that had blown out of the system. Highly recommend!

Went well. Technician pointed out some problems that I wasn't aware of. I verified that they were things that needed to be taken care of. I felt the add-on charge was very fair compared to previous charges for the same service. I would us Breathe of Fresh Air again.

Ken was awesome. Not only did he do a great job cleaning out all our A/C ducts/vents, he did the dryer vent for us and the A/C unit in the garage. Super nice guy and very thorough. Highly recommend him.
