They did not bring a ladder to reach 2 ducts so they were not cleaned. There was an issue after the cleaning and I called right away, spoke with someone and have yet to be called back, almost 2 months.

The service guy was very helpful. We knew they were gonna try to upsell us on a deeper cleaning , but after he pointed out the mold that was growing on the motor ( which we could see clearly it was a lot) we negotiated a good price for a full cleaning and mold acid wash to clean everything. The only thing I would have liked them to do( which I called and asked them to do before hand; and they agreed), was to check our air ducts to see if there were any holes/ patches to fix. They forgot to do this service. Overall grade is a B+ and I will use them again in the future- good company

It was excellent, timely, and informative.

This was a $199 big deal purchase. It was good. They were very much on time. One person came out to do the work. It took about an hour and a half to do the work. The problem was they did not leave the area that clean. It wasn't a lot of mess but I expected them to clean it up after. The workers that came out were fine with me, wonderful, very good.

Easy to set an appointment, very helpful and informative by phone prior to service as to procedure, cost, and time frame. Flexible and reasonable scheduling was available. Ken is knowledgable, efficient, helpful, and friendly. He arrived promptly and we received a call 45 minutes prior to arrival. Payment and receipts were easily made by credit card/email. Vents and returns were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Ken helped replace the filter and also cleaned out the overflow pan. He worked diligently and put forth a sincere effort. Definitely takes pride in his work! We would most certainly hire him again!

They were very good. They were excellent. They did very well. Price was fine. It I took it, I was pleased with the price before I even got the service. Quality, I have no idea. You can?t see in your vents. It?s a vent cleaning thing. I would say from everything else they did it was fine, but they go in and put a vacuum cleaner up your vent. There is no way to tell what the quality is. I was very pleased with what they did and how they did it. Everything was good. I get the vents cleaned out every 20 years. They were very responsive. They had a problem with scheduling and they worked very hard to fit me in and they had a part that was missing. They were just really good people to work with.

They did a vey good job with the air duct cleaning.. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and the vent grills were removed and individually washed. Plus the areas around the vents and returns, which were stained, were spritzed with KILLZ. It was well worth the money. We went on to purchase an electrostatic filter ($150) and a UV double bulb sanitizer for the air handler ($900.). We weren't so impressed with the electrostatic filter and reverted to using the level 10 HEPA filters we had been using before. As far as we know, the UV light system is doing it;s job, but at $900, installed, it seemed a little expensive. However, I would absolutely use them again for the duct cleaning. It was a good deal, especially for the price, and the service man was great..

The service person was punctual, knowledgeable and, above all, professional. The job was tedious but the service person was meticulous. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was impressed with this company from first contact and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Scheduling was a hassle from the beginning, When scheduling on Angie's list we were asked to pick three different time slots that would work for us; so we did. I received an email from the company days later that my appointment was made for three weeks after our original chosen time. When I responded that that wouldn't work for us, it then took days between messages to get anyone to respond. Someone finally reached out to us and said that they'd schedule us in for that Saturday, but that they're usually really busy. I told them that my husband and I would be unreachable that Saturday because we were in the middle of an important class, but that we would have my brother come to the house (at 2pm, our scheduled time) to let them in and hang out while they did the work and the manager said that was perfectly fine. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon at 1:30 and my cell phone is buzzing and buzzing and buzzing. I cannot answer because we are in said class (which we told them about) and this was not an emergency that warranted leaving class to speak to them over. They finally left a voicemail to "call them back ASAP. The technicians want to know if they can come early." Well, no... they can't - we're not home and nobody will be there until 2. Twenty minutes later my phone is ringing AGAIN in the middle of class; they leave a voicemail saying "it's 1:50 and the technician is at your house but nobody is home". Shocker. He'll be there at 2 like we have already discussed. Be patient. My brother gets there at 2pm on the dot. He lets them in, and called me ten minutes later saying the technician refused to do the job because of cat urine stains; WHICH IS WHAT WE BOOKED THEM FOR and have the screenshots showing that we specifically asked about pet urine before booking. I'm extremely disappointed at how much time and money this company wasted of ours, and I would encourage anyone looking to book here to go elsewhere. The technician told him "I'm not doing this job, you're just going to have to call back and reschedule or get a refund." Absolutely unprofessional. At that point we were done dealing with A Breath of Fresh Air. Angie's List offered us a full refund and apologized profusely, and we were able to find a local company to come out (the next day, by the way) who did a phenomenal job.

The Service Technician had excellent people skills - he represented his company well. He was thorough; methodic and tok the time to clean-up after opening and closing various vents. I was very impressed by his work.

Great, Ken was very responsible and did a great job, NOT like ALL the other carpet cleaners i've ever dealt with, who rush to get done and do a poor job, he took the time necessary to do a proper job!

Purchased an additional sanitizing service. No high pressure sales, nice tech.

The reason I gave them a B is because there was a couple of ducts that he missed, he didn't do, that I had to bring to their attention and show them he forgot to do those. There was one that he did do but he didn't attach it properly when he put it back so I had to ask him to tighten it up a little bit. Other than that, he did a great job.

Ken was friendly, professional and even vaccumed each room where work was done.

It went very well. He was on time and professional. He went about the task of cleaning all of the ceiling vents by removing the vent covers and using a huge industrial vacuum. He couldn't clean the intake vents because there actually are no metal vents - the air goes through the wall studs. I ended up buying the anti-bacteria spray to circulate throughout all of the air system which was an additional $99 or so and that brought the total paid up to less than $300. All in all, I am pleased.
