+ -1 morevery thorough complete and professional. I arrived about 45 minutes into his inspection so he had not had the chance to see much but he took the time to explain the process, his background and how he worked. After I left he discovered there two major issues with the house we were planning to buy and Clinton called us to give a "heads up". Early the next morning he sent his written report so that we could share it with our Realtor.
