They are good and I have recommended them to my friends. A couple of my neighbors have actually asked me about them and I told them that they were good. I cannot remember the cost off hand, but it was somewhere between $500 & $1,000. It sounds arbitrary. I mean, I hate to have them respond and angry because they know they didn?t charge that much. I?m pretty sure it was over $500, but I just don?t remember how much more. It?s a family owned business. They have a very good attitude. They regularly checked back with me to see if I needed any services. Like they called me quarterly, I think just to see if I needed any more work. I recommended them to neighbors. I don?t remember who I used the first time. We were new to the area and I just called somebody, whatever. C & C has more complete service offering than the other one did. The other guy had to use like sub-contractors to finish the work. They were able to do the whole thing. It?s was the only time I have used C & C.
