Description of Work: Tried to charge me $425. just to change a lock on our back gate. waited 4 days for them to come. Once here he told us he didn't know how to do it, that it was beyond his expertise and that he has already spent too much time on it.

Description of Work: He re-keyed the lock on my front door. It was keyed with the same lock as my utility room doors(2). Each door, front and 2 utility room doors have 2 locks, so all of my locks use the same key. Made extra keys also and better secured the handle/lock on my front door.

Description of Work: Wellington Locksmith's was so helpful. Our job involved re-keying 10 exterior doors. He went above and beyond expectations by also adjusting several of the doors that were sagging and had been historically difficult to engage AND installed a new lockset that had been on my "TO-DO" list for a year. One of the doors was especially warped and he simply wouldn't leave until it wasn't just workable, but easily workable. He is a dedicated professional. We will never call anyone else. Thanks, Rohan!

Description of Work: Replaced lock on door with Medeco lock. I am very happy with the work. I had other things I thought I wanted done to my sliding door, but he told me what I was doing was fine and secured the door well. The extra cost was for 2 more keys, which I got on the promised date. I will recommend them to others. Thank you, Angies List.

Description of Work: I called Wellington Lock due to the reviews on Angie's List. Based on the information I gave, the estimated time would be 11/2 hours to 2 hours. I was having the front and back door haardware and locks changed. Rohan showed up on time. Finished the job with 1 hour and reduced the rate to their minimum hourly rate. He was courteous, neatly dressed, and professional. I was very pleased and would recomend him to all.
