+ 1 moreI've had about 4 projects comleted and our tenants are happy with the service and communication. Nothing major but all important to keeping the place in good working order so far. I have confidence that if it were a larger issue we'd have the same level of service and professionalism.
Description of Work: Troubleshooters Inc., is the handyman service that we use in Boynton Beach, Florida. They are quick, they get back to me and include photos of the work so that I can see what is to be done and how it was fixed. Being that we are from Wisconsin and have a home in Florida this is key to our being able to have the place stay in good working order. We appreciate all of their help and I get email updates on the progress as it unfolds. They have a system for picking out parts if that is needed and it's all worked really well for us. Thanks a lot, Troubleshooters Inc!

+ -1 moreI live out of town, so being able to trust someone to work on my rental is huge.. he handled all of the permits and inspections with the city and dealt with my tenants. Very professional ! Prices were reasonable, too. Alex in the office was awesome, too. She arranged for the permits and answered all of my questions. Great communication! I'd use this guy again in a heartbeat !
Description of Work: Chris installed a new weather head, 3 electrical panels (2 interior and 1exterior on a duplex). He did a great job, including drywall patch & paint. I also had him do some drywall work and paint in a bedroom closet.
