Description of Work: The only complaint I have is that the timer is from the 1950's. It works great, but there is technology out there that would let me control the schedule with my phone.

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the timer; while it is basic most people find it very easy to operate and very reliable. There are other options available which would allow you to control your lighting using your phone or mobile device, however these do cost more and were not part of the Angie's List Big Deal that you purchased. We can always revisit that option and still install the technology in the future if you wish.

Description of Work: Jeff came out and removed all my old nonworking landscape lights and replace them with brand-new beautiful lighting. Price was very fair, the job was done perfectly my landscaping is never looked better. There's no one else I would ever use for landscape lighting except for tropical lighting and the owner Jeff. Absolute A+.

Description of Work: Jeff came out twice and couldn't fix my problem as it involved a 110 line. He only works with low voltage. He had to replace my timer to find out that it was the electric. He recommended an electrian and they fixed the 110 line and set up the timer. My lights now work but need improving. I plan on call Jeff back to help with all and any outdoor low voltage. By the way his price was great, as of now no charge but I need to have him provide services I will pay him for. Everyone needs to eat.

Jeff was extremely responsive and trustworthy. The lighting job was done to perfection and my wife and I were extremely satisfied. After the install, Jeff went the extra mile and came back when it was dark to make sure everything looked right. He also set my timers to my preference. Jeff was competiively priced, but what you get out of Jeff vs. the competition is unmatched. I look forward to adding more lights as the years progress, and I will be using Tropical Landscape Lighting.
