 + -1 moreThis company had good ratings so I selected them. I quickly found out that timeliness and commitment to making appointments was not part of their "DNA". They showed up late 2x (1-3 hours late and one time after confirming an appointment via email, they no showed. The business' ability to respond to voicemail or email normally took between 4-7 business days. Texting was equally poor response time. When I expressed my disappointment repeatedly via voicemail and email, they elected to terminate the contract early. They did return my funds (pro-rated) which is good, however if you are looking for a reliable and responsive local business you can trust related to your home security, I'd look at other alternatives. I got the distinct impression that I was an inconvenience in their day and expressing my disappointment was more than they could tolerate.
