SLEEP SAFE SECURITY INC

Description of Work: I have used this company for many years at my business.Last year we had a break in and I called sleep safe to complain because the alarm did not go off.Frank came out and checked the system and said I needed another sensor installed to reach the front section.He charged me $200.00 for a cheap sensor and a 6ft piece of wire!In November a perso threw a big concrete pole section through my front door and entered my business.The alarm never went off !!!!My business sat with a broken glass door from 9:20 pm until someone walking in the center at 4:45 am called the police.The police called me at that time to inform me of the break in.When they opened the front door it triggered the alarm and slept safe called me.When I called the office about this the woman in the office argues with me that she called the police.Frank comes to my business and my father yells that he charged us all that money and they alarm still didn't work.After having charged my card for 3 months if monitoring he called the company without my knowledge and discontinued my monitoring and didn't refund my money also leaving my business with no security system.
