+ -1 moreThey have no technicians and try to sell you things you don't need. Fraudulently used my credit card for service I do not have. I had to close and change all my credit cards and hire a new company! No return calls,no answer at office. Do not know if they are in business. If this is an example of Angieslist I see no reason to expect a decent contract. Sorry Angie-this contractor did anything but allow me to "sleep safe". Thumbs down!
Description of Work: I used them for years and put up with bad tempered owner who sold me a bill of goods,does not know anything about the compatibility of Internet/Phone systems and his alarms. He has been rude/cursing and putting them down to ATT and Comcast when they tried to get information. I tried to get the info on whether the service was compatible before hiring a new company.Instead after Frank the owner told me it would be-surprise I needed a radio for $160 cash and surprise after install my bill was increased by almost 100%! He sold me a radio recently(doesn't work), has no technicians ( a son that knows nothing and a salesperson who has some technical knowledge). My service has been out for weeks,no one answers the phone at office,or owners cell,sons cell. They don't call back.When I told the daughter she did not send me a bill for the coming months and I needed a tech to reset the system she insisted I pay her for the upcoming months. I told her I'd pay the tech and not to send the son because I didn't feel he was capable. She hung on me!! And guess what charged my credit card for 3 months in advance!! I do not allow any automatic payments.I didn't know this and I paid her brother the money in a check plus he charged me for a battery I didn't need!! I bought a new one that was EXACTLY like the one sold to me a year before at an unbelievable over 400% profit to them.And then they told me it was incompatible and i had to buy a new one.The son made over 10 calls to the tech and couldn't figure out how to reset the alarm.(he didn't even know how to turn it on!!)He promised the tech would be out the next day. It's a week and half and nobody answers or returns my call-especially when I found she hit up my credit card!! I want to say right here as proof-they are fired.9/26/2017 I did not have a contract with this company for years and since no one will answer the phones I have to make this public and ask the police to go out and see if they are still in business! I have no service and out hundreds of dollars!

+ -1 moreThey did a terrible job. They said that I'm still on their services and I cancelled in May. Never heard back from them. I was charged for nothing. They're useless.

+ -1 moreThey've been great to work with. The workers that came out to do the installation were friendly and professional. The price includes full service, for maintenance and the alarm service (this is a per month charge). I will continue to sue them for future service.
Description of Work: They updated and reinstalled my whole alarm system. It is now working fine. I have now used them for about six to eight months.

+ -1 moreWHEN THE ALARM SYSTEM GOES OFF THEY DO NOT RESPOND UNTIL MINUTES LATER. MY HOUSE HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT CAUGHT THEM. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN MY HOUSE NOR WITH THE COMPANY.
