+ -1 moreWe had received multiple bids for the job but were very impressed with brothers Brad and Brandon McCarraher who run the company. Very professional and responsive. Prior to starting the work, one of the crew arrived to prep the house, cover furniture, etc..........install went well and finish work was perfectly done. Arranged for a painter to come in to stain the front doors. One window developed a stress crack after install, but they called the manufacturer and had it replaced through the warranty. A good experience.
Description of Work: Installed approximately 15 impact resistant windows, French doors, a cabana door and replaced our double front door.

+ -1 moreThe first day was productive and then it all went downhill quickly. Below are the details of my saga: --second day -- did not show up until 2pm, was supposed to show up at 9am. --incorrectly reinstalled vertical blinds -- my husband had to take them down and redo. --incorrectly reinstalled baseboard molding. --incorrectly reinstalled storm shutters, blots were left off allowing water to flow into interior flooring --smashed exterior light and never fixed nor replaced. --left stucco debris and garbage on work site. --incorrectly reinstalled TV cable -- my husband had to take down and redo. --sloppy, poor, rushed workmanship in every aspect. --requested repeatedly that provider come back and address above items. He never responded. The only thing that they did quickly and correctly was cash my check! They are the most unprofessional providers I have ever encountered!
Description of Work: Provider was hired and paid to install 3 sliding glass doors to my townhouse.
