RPA was perfect in every way beginning with the ordering process, Steve and Sean made sure that every detail was covered. When it came to the install day, the RPA crew were very patient and coordinated with my counter top installers so that all went smoothly. I would highly recommend RPA and give them A+++ rating. Description of Work: Palm Aluminum removed all my Old Hurricane Shutters, Repaired all Damage, Filled All Holes, Re-Stuccoed where necessary, installed New ECCO Impact Glass Windows and Sliding Glass Doors in My Home. I also ordered a New Custom Mahogany Impact Glass Insert Front Door, which is to be installed in the next few weeks. An EXTREMELY Professional Organization and from Tom Neuman(Salesman)to Nathan and Andrew (Installers).

It took four companies before I found Royal Palm Aluminum and I recommend them to anyone installing or replacing windows. Our sales executive was Ken Hilgendorf and I cannot speak highly enough of him and the team. Every step of the process - from providing a quote to final inspection - was executed exactly when Ken said it would be. We have a second project at some point in the future; and Royal Palm is the only company we will hire.

I interview several companies, and their proposal was right on. They ordered the windows and when they arrived, their crew came out and installed them. They were professional, did a neat job, and cleaned up after themselves. Easy communication. They were referred to me by a neighbor, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt, they were on the job, and they did everything the way they were supposed to. They were very good. I guess the most important thing that these guys do is that they don't call back and they don't follow up, but these guys did.

Ken estimated the job and the owner Steve personally measured the job. PePe and his crew handled the install. They covered the furniture every day and put down runners. They did top notch work and were very courteous.
