I hired this plumbing contractor to insulate the plumbing he had re-piped earlier due to a flood that occurred right after I bought my house. Steven Rodberg rerouted the plumbing through the attic, which led to a persistent issue. I asked him to return and insulate the cold water line from the main supply throughout the attic to all faucets. Despite this, the water from my kitchen faucet still runs at 96 degrees. After paying him $6,675 for these repairs, I found out he never insulated the kitchen's water supply, and the temperature remains unchanged. He has since become unresponsive to my calls, texts, and emails, ignoring numerous messages and emails I sent to address this issue.

I hired Steven Rodenberg who came to us thru Home Advisor Recommendation in January 2020. I had several occasions to call him back for servicing NPE 240 A tankless hot water heater which he installed for us. He just does not return the call. His work is totally shady. Recently the copper pipe for cold water feed to the the heater came apart unglued from the unit. I tried to call him,( 561- 657- 9567 ) he picked up the phone first and when asked for Steven , he hung up and immediately put his phone on call forward mode. This has happened few time earlier, when i decided to write this review for the benefit of other consumers. In my opinion, his plumbing licence should be revoked.

6 months after installing the water heater, it stopped working. Both Rodberg and Brian refused to even return phone messages asking for help/appointment.

Rodberg Plumbing efficiently and professionally solved a critical sewer hook up connection which required coordination with the city and finding a optimal hook up. Not only was the quality of work; dedication to the problem at hand; and communication throughout the process to multiple parties superb, but the talents and ingenuity of Steven Rodberg nothing short of remarkable, period! This is experience and expertise at itâ s best!

Brian was courteous and friendly. He knew his job and was very professional. Fast and prompt service. I would recommend to any one.

Rodberg Plumbing redid 2 of our Bathrooms. New Shower Fixtures, toilets and vanity sinks. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. We've used Steven Rodberg various times in the last year and he always did excellent work. We highly recommend he and his company.

Rodberg Plumbing returned my call after hours. After speaking, we decided the issue could wait until morning , and Rodberg showed up at 10 am as promised.. . I would definitely recommend this company . Quick, efficient, and professional.

Great company and customer service I highly recommend Rodberg plumbing for any plumbing needs! They answered phone right away and came out to replace my water heater. They installed my new water heater fast and did a terrific job!

We had a burst/leaking pipe under our kitchen floor, in the foundation. Rodberg Plumbing (Steven and Brian) found the leak on Tuesday and fixed it on Thursday for $3,200.00. To make sure that water was not leaking in another area, they drilled holes in my tile floor in the guest bedroom, which was on the other side of the wall from the kitchen, where the leaking pipe was discovered. They had promised to clean up the concrete dust from the drilling in the guest bedroom and to fill in the holes that they had drilled. They did not. I contacted them to finish the job but they did not contact me or come back and finish, as promised. After the leaking pipe was repaired, Steven Rodberg asked me if the water pressure was the same as before, and it was not. They did no further investigation to determine if there are additional leaks or issues which would decrease the water pressure. After they left, we discovered that eight (8) of my prescription pain pills were missing from my purse, which I had left on my kitchen counter (they had advised me that the drilling would be loud and suggested that I sit outside on the patio; it never occurred to me to move my purse from the kitchen counter. Moreover, the prescription had just been filled and delivered the day before they were there to repair the leak, so there is absolutely no mistake about the number of pills missing; no one else but them had been in the house). In addition, on the Monday following the leak repair, my cleaning people discovered that a framed print in the guest bedroom which was hanging on the wall right above where Rodberg Plumbing had drilled holes in the floor had a broken frame, which had not been broken the week before. I do not know if the vibration from the drilling caused the print to fall off the wall, or, if either Brian or Steven had accidentally knocked against it, causing it to fall to the floor; in either case, I should have been told about the damage to the print, and if the damage was caused by vibration from the drilling, I would expect a true professional to know that that could occur and advise me to remove the print before drilling. In any event, while the leak detection and plumbing repair were satisfactory, albeit expensive, I would not hire them again because of the missing property, the damage, and the mess left behind.

Brian, was punctual, polite, and completed his task of installing our electric water tank.

The Technician was very personable and efficient. His name was Brian. Recommend this Company very high on Customer service and Work Quality. 10 Stars in my Book. Thanks again for a great job...!!!!

Dont hire these guys because they will rip you off! I needed the gas line from my meter to my pool heater repaired. I asked Brian to cut the line at the meter, and cap it. He said **I cannot, I will have to disassemble everything. I will also have to run to the supply house in Lake Worth to get the parts and it will be $600**. I verbally agreed and told him to proceed. 25 minutes later, he knocked on my door and told me he was finished. I went to check the job. He cut the line and capped it as I requested, and DEMANDED $600! His response was **I do not make the prices, call Steve**. I called Steve to renegotiate the price, and he threatened to put a lien on my house and have me arrested! I am not the crook, you are! These guys are extortionists!

They were very professional. They did the work on replacing our main water line quickly. We were very happy with the perfect results. No leaks!!

Super responsive, honest - everything you want in a professional!

Do not hire these clowns! Sloppy, unprofessional work that was not done to code. Did not have the proper equipment to do the job. They never filed the required permit to have the work inspected. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Brian was great! He summed up the problem, gave us a price that was 30% lower than others , came back the next morning and completed the job! He was on time, polite and knew his stuff! I Would highly recommend Rodberg Plumbing!
