Rodberg will be the first company to call you when you submit to Home Advisor, but communication after that is lacking. I had two toilets installed. One toilet had a possible issue with the flange, but they were able to make it work. However, that toilet has since come loose. I have been trying to get Rodberg Plumbing to fix the issue for about two weeks now -- voicemails, emails, and texts -- to no avail. And their grout work was not very impressive, either.

Very expensive- and was not on time( hours late)

I had two leaks from my water heater pipes behind a wall. David the plumber worked really hard to get them fixed. It was a little pricey but they spend about 4 hrs here.

These guys show up quick, I will give them that. They overcharge, but that is my own fault for agreeing to it in the first place. They came to replace my water heater and clean out the pipes between the kitchen sink and the washer. Seemed like an easy job. I was unable to be there, and asked the man to lock up on his way out. When I came home, there was a very wet floor covered in mud, and mat that was soaked. All doors wide open. A new water heater was installed, however the guy forgot to put a pan underneath it. He poured the cleaner stuff down my kitchen sink and in doing that stained the sink, now it needs replacing. The worker also used my bathroom. It made me feel uncomfortable so I called Steve, who said someone would be out Monday morning at 8 am to fix the sink and put a pan under the water heater. Nobody came. I called and texted, no response. So I had my husband call, Steve answered and said he was sorry and that someone would be out Tuesday morning to make the repairs. Nobody came... not sure what to do at this point. So just make sure you watch their every move. And do not pay them until the job is completed.

Showed up on time, quick and courteous throughout the process! I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I had a stuffed toilet. He looked at it and told me it would cost $350 to re-seat the bowl. I asked him if you could use a snake. He said no. He then asked if I used a plunger. I said yes, but it would not un-stuff. He took the plunger and it un-stuffed. I told him I had a flapper that needed replacement. He said it would cost $20. He told me it would cost $89 for un-stuffing the toilet, we settled on $89 for both.

I was impressed that I was able to have an appt for my water heater so quickly. The service tech Alan was great. I needed a new water heater and while Alan was here he also fixed my sink and toilet. My only concern was that I thought, and many agreed that the price was too high for the water heater. Other than that I would recommend and use Rodberg and request Alan again.
