the tech brian was very informatrive and explained each step he was doing . He was very professional.and made suggestions on how to extend life of heater. Overall nice installation and cleanup. I would refer anyone who is looking for plumbing service of any type to use them. I am completely satisfied.

I received a call back from Steven within 5 minutes of my post on Home Advisor. He promised a plumber first thing in the morning. Alan was on-time, professional and explained everything to me ahead of time. He asked me a few times during the job if I was okay and did I have any questions. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them!

They did a good job. The new water heater was installed on 4/20/20. Turn out it is not big enough to supply enough hot water for our purposes. They are going to replace it with a larger (40-gallon tank) on 5/19/20.

The company preys on senior citizens. I was charged $250 for a job the owner quotes as being $150. Employee who came out tried to gouge me for $450 and pretended to do work that not necessary. Home Advisor did nothing about this plumber.

I made an appointment and the next day they called to confirm and arrived early and they check my tank less water heater (wish was broken) they quoted a price. I told them I would not be able to do the job until the following week. They were nice enough to accept a back dated check. I highly recommend them, they sent to two guys and job was done. Alan was very accommodating and he also checked and fixed a problem in the guest bathroom. An amazing company they provide my family with hot water. Very professional, responsive and courteous. It's been hell with this company install was done on 12/10/19 I only Choose them because they beat the other 3 company's bid for the install but after dealing with these guys i wish i never heard of them. They're the type of company that take ur money and leave u hanging for months, their business phone always goes to voicemail. its like they screen the callers number and let it go straight to voicemail. 5months later still waiting on the permit. Its Unbelievable how they guys run there business. I just dread the idea that they have to come back to my home and give me some lame bs story about why it takes over half a year to get a permit completed and signed! these guys left a salty taste in my mouth ever since dealing with them! there's practically no customer service since u cant get a live person on the phone only in the first stages of the job being done was i able to speak to some1 but only once after that no 1 called me back thats when i was fed up and contacted homeadvisor but there hands seemed tied. Im not 1 to bash someones business for no reason im just pissed that all of this happened and the job still isnt legally finished after half a year ago. And furthermore Ive never heard from the owner or any1 of authority yet to explain the such delays.okay we have covid 19 but my install was done Dec 10 2019this makes no sense and they were paid on the spot! This was the worst experience Ive had with a Contractor ever!

The guy was a fast talker. Screwed us with the price. All he did was put a snake in the toilet. He hooked the snake up to a machine to make the snake go further into the toilet. Let the end of the snake loose and it was flipping all over the place and it put gouges in my walls and the snake scraped my tile floor. This guy was a joke. Total disgust. And to top it off charged my husband 475.00. That was thievery. I will NEVER USE HOMEADVISOR AGAIN. Iâ  M PUTTING IT ON MY FACEBOOK AND TELLING ALL THE WOMEN HERE AT BELLAGGIO.

Caution! Bait and switch. Promptly came to check the water heater. Quoted me a price for new unit. Installed the unit... the unit installed was not the one on the quote. It was an inferior unit with lower capacities. At least a $500 difference in price. He admitted to the alteration, only after being confronted with legal recourse. He refunded my money prior to my taking legal action. He did not show up for maintenance which he promised. He did not call back as promised. This business has very shady practices. Surprised all of these great reviews he has. Perhaps they did not look at the unit he installed and cross-referenced it with the quote he originally provided. Good luck Steve. karma lives.

They came out the same day I called them. Steve and Will were very professional and ensured my leak was fixed before they left. They were quickly able to determine where the leak was coming from and how to fix it. I can not thank them enough!

Very responsive and was able to fix the issue the next morning. The two team members acted quickly, professionally and got the job done.
