+ 0 moreThe Hardie Board project is still on-going. We have had NO complaints from any unit owners in the Association, nor the Board of Directors which is very unsual. I believe that is an excellent sign of how well things are going!
Description of Work: Righway Builders is replacing the Hardie Board on one of the Associations we manage. They are prompt and dependable. They keep the work area clean. They are running on schedule. They have also done some minor concrete work as well. That work was also done well.

+ -1 moreThe work took longer than expected because of unfavorable weather. We had constant rain. Rick was the contractor and he subcontracted with another company to do some of the work. He did some of the concrete cutting and ran into some unanticipated problems that required additional work. This also incurred additional costs. The subcontractor and the contractor each did part of the work. They worked together well and explained everything to me and what the problems were. I have received a lot of compliments about the work from people. Rightway Builders were very honest and straightforward about what could be accomplished. They were reasonably priced too.
Description of Work: I used Rightway Builders to resurface and redesign my courtyard, front walk, and driveway.
