+ -1 moreRich Moore came over the same day, went on the roof, talked about what he saw and what he wanted to do. He wanted to actually repair a seam which he said is obviously seeping water. He immediately gave us a price by email, which was very reasonable and included a warranty for one year. They came, did the work, and we am very pleased. He actually saw another area which seemed like it was failing and did that area in addition to the work he offered at first. We will definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Our leak was from the flat roof area over our Florida room. One year ago we had it coated with a white product but did not notice there was not a warranty listed on our invoice. When we called the company back (just within the year the first job was done) they quoted us a much higher price and promised a warranty. We didn't want to coat the roof again because when we inspected the roof one year after coating, there was no coating left. We decided to call Rich Moore to get his input.
