I researched several quality services and found "Quality Performance Services," was open on Saturday 9-5, I entered a quote and within ten minutes they responded. Licardo Mojica, Senior Tech asked my model number and call back be texted to him. He called and said that he could be here within twenty minutes and promptly showed up on time with his tools in hand. He was friendly and proceeded to check my Refrigerator within a few minutes he isolated a faulty switch on the overhead panel within the Refrigerator side and restarted the system. Excellent Tech and attitude his fee was with in line for an emergency Sat. call out he gave me advice on what the market currently has to offer for new units, and what the overall repair cost for a panel replacement time and product costs should I decide to replace the switch. Excellent in my book he was able to re adjust the switch and keep our fingers crossed to buy a new unit. Hat's Off!

I have had to reschedule twice for personal reasons. Initial phone response and follow up were outstanding!

It really didn't work out. It wasn't really clear when I had him come out and look at it. I had a wine cooler that I knew it was broke and when I talked to the lady when you had your special, I said I had it looked at and they said the compressor was gone. She said if they can't find it we will give your credit back. The guy came out and was kind of an older guy and he said the compressor is just done. It's gonna cost you more to fix it then to buy a new one. He was sincerely and he was professional and he was neat.

New ice maker works perfectly. He showed me the damage to the old one and explained why it needed to be replaced, took it with him to get the new one (for reference), but brought the old one back and left it ( I assume so we would know the one he installed was new). The only extra charge was the cost of the new ice maker, which I did not verify independently.

Service was performed But repairman is not educated nor prepared to troubleshoot circuit boards etc. he has no testing equipment except for 1980-90 technology. He eventually said must be the circuit board and it will cost $450. Buy a new stove Jesus spend 35-4( minutes tracing the wiring for broken or burnt spits

First thing out of his mouth: "I think you need a new refrigerator." Second thing:"We will have to defrost the refrigerator for 3 hours."

He was honest and said it wasn't worth fixing....needed a $600 module and frig was worth 1100 new, and it was only for the icemaker.

Excellent. He found the issue and fixed in within an hour.

This is the second I've used Quality Performance Services. I am just as pleased as the first time. Libardo asked me for the model number of my washing machine to determine if parts were still available before coming out, thus saving me time and money. He determined that the part was available and he would bring it. He always calls to confirm an appointment, and he showed up at our scheduled date and time. He promptly fixed the door lock and gave me some great advice on how to save money on a future repair for the washing machine. If you want a company that is honest, reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable, give Quality Performance Services a call.

I am extremely satisfied with Quality Performance Services. Libardo called to confirm our appointment and showed up on time. I had a $39 Big Deal for a 20-point inspection of my a/c. I told him that my a/c return in the attic began leaking on my ceiling. Upon inspection, he said the drain was really clogged and overflowing the pan. He said he needed to repair the pipe but would honor the inspection for another time. He worked on my a/c for two hours and charged me $180. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely use his services again!

Showed up quickly, and on time, found the reason for the water on the floor from our Samsung side-by-side fridge (frozen drain from the defroster) and fixed it immediately.

They came out but I was not impressed with them. They showed up on time and they came in and looked at it.

They came in and charged me an extra $195 for a part that was $10 on the internet. He was here only and hour. When he left, it stopped working. I didn't pay for it. It was ridiculous. He tried to tell me it was over $100 for the part. He was about a half hour late.

Libardo is an amazing person. If you are looking for a very honest human being look no further. He will do a thorough job and if you have any issues later you can reach him on the phone and he will definitely help you.

As above, his approach was efficient, kind, caring. Fixed the problem, no parts, other work needed at the time. No part needed, no extra cost. Honest man.

I was very unhappy with the performance. I paid for one service hour. It was obvious that the problem was the settings but he used up an entire hour "diagnosing" the problem. He even asked me for the book that came with the refrigerator (made me feel he wasn't really a refrigeration expert). At exactly one hour from arrival he declared I needed a new "setting board" and he had to order it. In addition he wanted to come back and charge me $490. I don't know the price of the board but he was going to charge me another labor charge. In my opinion he could have diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and used the rest of the hour I paid for when he came back to install the part. I feel I was ripped off and would not recommend this company.

Lobardo initially came for a standard maintenance call, but he said that the condensate pipe was too clogged and would require additional work. He said that he could not honor the Big Deal because it would be a service call; however, he offered to honor it the next time I needed an a/c maintenance. He was prompt, professional, and fixed the problem. I thought the cost was a little high, but he was already there, and I needed the work done.

It went well. They were punctual, courteous, professional and reasonably priced.

ECXELLENT as usual. Libardo installed this AC unit in 2014, and he has been completely reliable ,capable and professional in the maintenance and service calls since then. I am so grateful to Angies List for the quality of merchants , such as this case, who are honest, courteous, and certainly know their craft. I Highly Recommend this company.

We used them to repair our refrigerator. We paid them $295, but when we asked to see a break out of the cost the tech refused to break down cost into parts and labor. I think that was very unbusiness like.

This is the second time I have used this provider. The first time was for a refrigerator repair. I was very happy with his service, and decided to use this company once again, this time to service my air conditioner. The unit was working fine but it had been a year since I had a routine maintenance done on it. He arrived on time, was very professional, and once he was finished explained what he had done and why. Again, I am a satisfied customer.

He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable.Did a very complete job. We plan to use Quality Performance Services in the future.

I asked for a Saturday appointment which they agreed to. Excellent service

.I had a 6 year old refrigerator that stopped running. I called Quality Performance in the evening and was surprised that my call was answered. The service man was on a job and said he would try to come that evening, but was unable to do so. He came the next day, got it going again, but warned me that it might not stay on, and could need a part. It didn't stay on, I called him, and he said he would check on the availability of the needed part. The part was available, and we scheduled an appointment for two days later. The day before the appointment he called to say he had the part and would come that day if it worked for me. It did, he came, installed the part, and I am back in business. He was very professional, tidy, seemed to care, was here when he said he would be. I would use him again if need be. As a side note, as he was leaving he discovered a small rat had fallen into my pool. As this had never happened before, I was a bit anxious about how I was going to get it out, and then what!!?? He even took care of that for me , above and beyond the call of duty I would say!!

Wonderful....on time service. Serviceman very knowledgable. Taught me about my system. Checked entire system and installed new thermostat . Well worth the money. Will call him again.
