Started out good, but after I paid the first third of the charges it went downhill. Company was hard to get a hold of during business hours. None of my voicemails were returned nor the issues in them addressed. The Quality Management check-out process was a waste of time that delivered zero value. There were professional employees at the start of the process, but the lowest quality employees were at the end. The move started 2 hours later than scheduled. Delivery has yet to be completed, this may be tolerable at the end, or get worse.
Description of Work: I needed a moving broker to manage, and complete my move.
