PUP PAVERS

We are in Sonoma Isles and have an outstanding pool built by A & G POOLS. The patio is a green mess. Pup Pavers replaced approximately 400 sq ft of our 1,532 sq ft of the patio. They continue to blame the environment for the green slim. The 400 sq ft that was replaced are beautiful tiles and do not grow the green slime. It is obvious when walking on our pool deck which tiles were replaced. We have exhausted our efforts to work with Tina and have decided to have to patio replaced ourselves. Stoneline is where Tina bought the pavers from. She sent out their "expert" to let us know it is our environment and not the pavers. How do you explain then that the 400 sq ft of replacement tiles do not grow the green slime? We do appreciate that PUP Pavers worked with us to replace some of the pavers. However, the problem is every 3 weeks the patio must be bleached or else we have a moldy mess. The tiles they replaced DO NOT have any mold on them and look beautiful. It is obvious that the tiles replaced are better quality and dense compared to the original tiles while are second rate and very porous. We have no choice but to replace the patio. We can't keep bleaching the patio because we have a screen house. If this was a mold issue with the lot next to us then why do we have no mold growing on the replaced tiles? It is obvious there are two qualities of pavers on our pool patio deck. As far as the supplier Stoneline. They have a beautiful stone to offer we just received a poor quality, second rate material for the original install because what they provided for the replacement is higher quality and we don't have any issues with that stone. We are not trying to offend anyone. My Husband and I are just trying to find a solution and don't understand how we became responsible for this mess since it is a brand new house, pool and patio and screen enclosure and we have it in writing from PUP Pavers that this would not be an ongoing issue when we agreed to close on the house with the builder Divosta.

I can’t get a call back even to quote on a good size job. I would be ok even if they would just call back to say they were too busy but office manager Katrina says they will call me back to set up an appt for sn estimate and then NOTHING. unprofessional!

PUP Pavers, and Tina in particular, made me a believer again that professional, responsive, service oriented companies do exist in South Florida. I wish there would be a A+++ rating option here. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Pup Pavers and they once again did a fantastic job. Good communication, follow thru, handled permitting process in a timely fashion and the installation was perfect....easy peasy, no worries at all.

Wow, Fantastic job, everyone in this company is first rate, from the support/administration staff to the guys doing the work. This is my fifth house renovation project in the Delray/Boynton area and I have used four different paving companies for pool decks, walkways, and driveways. Pup Pavers is the best. One thing I've learned is that a lot of paving companies use subcontractors for different parts of the project like tearout, base installation, actual paver install and sealing and things can go wrong because of poor communication and scheduling. Everyone who did this work was a Pup Paver employee and they work together all the time so things really flowed faster and more efficiently than prior paving jobs on my other properties.

They installed them pretty quickly and asked me which design I preferred before starting the job. They did a great job and finished faster than I expected. Very professional. The owner came by to see the job first to make sure it was done properly and that I was satisfied with the work before giving them the check.

The job started a day or two late because of the city inspectors not doing a proper job of checking the specs. Once underway they were done in a really reasonable time frame. Much faster than expected. Tina and her crew do more than minimum requirements and I liked that very much. Phone calls and texts were always answered in a timely manner. The paver manufacturer delivered a couple of pallets of off color stones and Tina went out of her way to make sure the replacements were delivered the same day. There were a couple small glitches that are a part of any remodeling job and Tina responded and corrected them right away. Highly recommend this company. They were reasonable and responsive at all times. Being able to deal with the owner of the company means a lot. The results were better than I would have imagined. It looks fantastic.

The pavers were installed in May, and they still aren't done correctly. Its beginning to feel like our $s9500 doesn't mean anything to them. They did a great job soliciting their business but did not do good job with customer service.

We had a great experience. The owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate which was less expensive than two other contractors I contacted. She was very professional, had great communication skills, and made great suggestions for the type of paver we should use. We wanted a custom color, so she took us to the brick yard and showed us all the different colors and patterns. Her crew was fast and efficient. Very clean. I would definitely use this company again.
