Mario is fantastic! The travertine backsplash he installed looks absolutely beautiful. He is very professional, thorough and just an all around nice guy (who just happens to be great at his craft). A pleasure to do business with from the first phone call to the end.

We choose colors and pattern. We chose gray with dark blue squares randomly placed. They ere not able to get the dark navy blue I wanted, but the blue they used looks good. They finished the job in a timely fashion. The workers were very nice. The supervisor came out several times to see how job was going. Overall, we are happy with the result.

Mario Pugliese is the best. I saw work that he did in someone's house and I called him along with 4 other contractors to completely redo our bathroom. His price was the best and the job he did was superb. He works alone but he is an artisan. We had a bathtub removed with a new glass enclosure....he put built in shelves in our shower.....tiled the whole bathroom....granite sink top.....mirrored wall.....it looks wonderful Never an issue.....never a problem. Would absolutely use him again!!!

I made an appointment with Pugliese Flooring Contractors Inc and he got there when he said he was going to. He looked at the job and gave me a written estimate. He was punctual and pleasant. The only reason I would not use him in the future is because I have limited time at that location and he's a smaller company which would take days and not hours if I went with a larger company.

The price Pugliese proposed was fair and competitive. The gentleman I interacted was professional and responsive. However, this is a one man operation. Therefore, his timeframe for the project was a little too long for what I needed. That's only reason I decided to hire another company.

Mario was very nice and he did a nice job, but I think somebody else might have done a better job. His price was on a level that I would have expected to have paid someone else.

Just as I would like all hired out work to go.

Mario did a fantastic job. The floor is beautiful and I have no doubt will wear well over time (no problems as a result of the installation. The only areas in which Mario was not perfect (and who is) were communication and final price. Although he was always professional and polite on the phone, he never returned my calls - I always had to call him. He did show up when he said he would though. The final price was a bit over the orignal quote but there was some floor prep he said needed to be done and the the last few feet had to be nailed in, instead of glued, which, although he didn't say so at the time, cost us more.

He was excellent! He did very good work. He was an excellent worker. He cleaned up well when he was finished. I would use him again for more work in the future and would recommend him to others.
