Stephen returned call right away. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Did acid wash and fixed many things that were wrong with pool and hot tub. He is now doing my monthly maintenance work. He is really excellent I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My wife and I are both very happy with the services that were provided by Pool Master. The provider was very thorough, knowledgeable, and responded very quickly to any issues regarding our pool. After moving into our new home, our pool was not in the greatest condition. Therefore, an acid wash was scheduled and completed by Pool Master. After seeing the quality of service we received from the wash, we decided to have our pool converted to a salt water system as well. Now, our pool looks great ...thanks to Pool Master.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Steve was easy to speak to. Took his time to answer questons. He responded promptly and did an excellent job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

One of the downfalls with online reviews is that they are often written immediately after work is performed. So I sometimes like to wait before submitting mine. (Actually, I'm just a little lazy and forgetful!) But I can honestly say that, after knowing Stephen for about a year now, I am grateful to have found him through Angie's List. Not only does he and his team provide stellar monthly service, but he also is connected with a knowledgable network of specialists who can address any issue. I truly feel I can trust him to maintain my pool and fountain and keep them looking great for my kids and grandkids when they visit. Thanks!

The service was fantastic. They responded quickly, came out when they said they would, and gave me a quote that was significantly less that others I got for the same work. The repair went quickly with no problems - and the quote was spot on - not a penny more that was quoted. I felt that the technician (Brian) really knew what he was doing, spent time to show me what the problems were - and walked me through what he did at the end of the job. They also warranty the work they do! I would definitely use Pool Master again should I have another problem with my pool.

Steve arrived on time at the appointment. I work a good deal on my pool and he worked to explained better ways to control algae and to assure good flow. He had to clean a screen that I had neglected on my salt chlorination device. He reviewed and tested all of my returns and my pump. The salt module was opened and inspected. Everything worked much better after he was done.

We were TRULY impressed with the quality of their service. They gave us "immediate" rush quality service and were very professional. It was a pleasure to find someone who is a true professional and enthused about their career. Stephen came back when we needed advice on the proper way of opening a cover and informed us of the "trick" to get it open without a big tool! He came after hours a second time to help install a belt at no additional cost. We have complete confidence in their efficiency and professionalism. (They even called back after they left thinking that maybe we needed them again even though we did not.)

Pool Masters is a great company to handle your pool maintenance. We were having a hard time with our previous pool company with green build up, etc. I found Steve on Angies List, gave him a call and he started taking care of our pool immediately. This was our first pool, so we didn't know what to expect but Steve walked me through everything! He is very responsive and proactive! He is punctual, same day and time every week. I highly recommend Pool Masters!

iI called Stephen at Pool Master and explained my problem. He was very helpful and worked around my schedule to fix the leak. He came exactly on time, fixed the plastic tube that had a leak and then checked my equipment and advised me that I needed to have my chemicals checked. He answered all my questions and then told me to feel free to call him anytime if I had any questions. I have had other pool companies and was surprised at the great service and helpful advice that Stephen gave me. He really went over and above.

I was the first one to review Stephen on Angie's List. I wanted to add another review to add more to satisfied service Stephen provides. We purchased our new house, and Stephen maintains the pool in this house as well as the other house we are now trying to sell. When we first moved into this house, there were issues with the pool and he was able to come out (which we live out of his way) at the end of his long day to help us out. It was very much appreciated, and everyone should know how great he is!

I have never seen someone so caring and detail oriented. Stephen called me multiple times to check on the acid was job even when uncalled for. He went so far above and beyond I can't imagine anyone else even coming close to his level of service and skill. My pool looked brand new after he finished and even one week after he promptly returned my phone call at 730 when my own pool guy wouldn't. Look no further for any pool work. Highly highly recommended.This guy is an utter asset to Angies!!A+++++++

I contacted Stephen after coming home to find my pool motor not working. He had me take photos of my equipment and send them to him. He contacted his suppliers and got everything ordered; while he was on another job! His technician was there first thing the next morning to replace. Highly recommend! Very responsive to my needs and a fair price. Will definitely use again in the future!

Stephen took the time and energy to answer a last minute service appointment with me the same day, even though I was not an existing client at the time. He was on time and thoroughly knowledgeable of the questions I asked him. He started taking care of the pool that very same night and it literally started clearing up immediately. He also got to the root cause of why my pool kept turning green even though I was doing some of the right chemicals myself. He had a technician come out that same week and got back to me with the cost to replace the part and gave me no pressure about having to replace it now. Best $85 per month I've spent all year! Was restoring a pool and needed an old 120v light fixed, but had to go 12v. Steve answered the phone right away, I gave him the details and he had his tech check out the pool light right away. It was a few hundred more than I had budgeted for, but it was a pool built in the 1960's and it needed the upgrade for safety reasons. Within 3 days I had a brand new 12v light system.

Well, Steve was on time and did good work. He is very responsive if you call him with questions.

Steve was very helpful and timely in his communication and service. After weeks of trying to get our former pool service to replace a faulty pump, we called pool masters. Steve came out the very next day and called with a detailed description of what needed to be done. HE replaced the pump within a few days, and will now be our full time pool service provider. It's nice to know we have a company who is always available for communication, and takes pride In his business. So far we highly recommend pool masters.
