Pool Master Maintenance & Repair

3rd time using Steve and once again he impressed. He was going to do the job Thursday because he was swamped Wednesday but ended up coming out Wednesday anyway and worked into the night. Hire him if you want it done right.

Steve is great, definitely recommend. He replaced an ailing pump and converted my chlorine pool to a salt chlorine generated pool. He showed up on time, worked through heavy rain, and answered all my questions (I had a lot :-). He is very good at patiently explaining everything there is to know about pool care. He is very knowledgeable and dependable, and I will definitely use him again in the future. It's not easy finding a good pool repair service - this one's a keeper.

Steve is fantastic. He was able to replace my broken pool pump motor within 24 hours. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely call him for all of my future pool repairs.

Steve didn't do any work for me but he directed me to another company that was able to help me with my matter! He was extremely helpful and friendly when I called.

The repair did not solve my problem. He did improve my valve system and educate me about the valves and proper maintenance of my pool. He recommended another company to do under the deck repair. I was able to get my repair completed by another company that went through my deck to locate a leak and repair. Steve was very helpful in the long run and spent a lot of time and made several trips to see about my repair. He went out of his way to see that my problem was solved. He is customer oriented. Good man to know in the business.

Steve is awesome! He did not perform a service but he walked me through the steps to get my pool pump that was still under warranty replaced. He was very patience and spent a great deal of this time with me on the phone. I would definitely use him for all my future pool needs.

Steve showed up and fixed the issue within an hour of the phone call. Not only did he unclog our skimmer line, but he went above and beyond. He proceeded to skim our pool, cleaned the bottom, labeled the cutoff valves and gave my wife some very good pointers for maintenance, chemical treatment and provided important advice to prolong the pool finish. Steve is very personable and I highly recommend him.

Went very well. Called in the AM and it was fully installed by the Evening, Runs Perfectly. Steve was great. Gave me his options in a clear and strait Forward manner. He was a man of his words.

Stephen is the man; you will not regret working with him. He's super friendly, super knowledgable, super honest and super fair. I had an issue with my pool vacuum that I failed to fix myself. He tried talking me through some solutions over the phone but when none of them worked came out. He talked me through what he was doing, found the issue, balanced my pool chemicals, replaced some pipes with busted seals and taught me a lot about how the chemicals in the pool interact with each other!

Steve came right out when I asked for a consultation on my jacuzzi spa not working properly. He quickly determined that I needed a new "switch box". He said he would have his guy fix it in the next week. He had the repair completed when I was not home and billed me for the work. It is working properly now and I would highly recommend Steve for your pool questions/main/repairs. He has a great attitude and has a "can do" attitude. Thank you!

Steve was honest and thorough and scheduled us just a day after our initial call. He explained all costs and pros and cons of the pool pump systems, and was super honest that there was a cheaper solution available for the pool pump but explained it had some drawbacks. I liked his honesty. He arrived early, and did the work quickly but thoroughly explained his work. Better even, he was personable, professional and prompt, and even was very good with our curious toddler. Highly recommend and will use him for any big maintenance item like this because I know he'll honor his work and be available if we have any issues.

His advise and support were not only a tremendous time saver, but a money saver as well. He's not interested in doing work just for the billable time, but truly wants to help provide solutions. He's not going to come out to your house and overprice the service, and he's not going to recommend frivolous additions to the solution.

Stephen was AWESOME , pleasant and very professional. He took the time to help us understand a Salt system pool since this is the first one we have ever owned and he made us feel extremely comfortable with the ease a maintaining. Everything went just as I wanted. What I liked the most was the way the services was structured. He first came and explained the entire process step by step..looked for every single option (as my pool had some pipe problems) and just executed. No hassle, no "but", no nothing...He showed me everything and explain the reason wht the work can be done or not. No surprises at all and everything according to plan and expectations. Excellent customer service and extremely friendly. If you are looking for piece of mind with very affordable prices then you have to go with them.... We were having problems with our pool pump. Every morning we struggled with getting the pump to work properly. Steve came to the house at the appointed time and immediately assessed the problem. He reconfigured the plumbing so that the water would flow through the pump more efficiently. Over that last 2 years, I have had several pool companies come out to fix this problem. The fixes never worked. Its been 2 weeks and every morning the pool pump comes on and works properly. Steve also explain what he was doing and why.

Brian was great, He explained that I only needed one functioning skimmer for the size of my pool and since I had two skimmers (one non functioning) I could basically fill the bad one in with cement instead of replacing it with a new skimmer because it would involve possible damage to the existing pavers, coping and tile and I was afraid that I would not be able to match the existing components. As a result I believe it was a great suggestion ! I now am able to use my functioning pool skimmer again ! Thanks Brian. I would also like to mention that Steven, the owner of Pool Master was very understanding about us just moving into our home and that I was not able to write him a check until my new checks arrived in November . Thank you Steven it was much appreciated. It's good to know that I have found a company like Pool Master for any of my future pool repairs !

Stephen was VERY professional and helpful. Great communication was stablished and he showed up on time to the appointment. He also was very knowledgeable about pool equipment and answered courteously any question I asked. He quickly jumped on the job to help me out since my pool was suffering already due to the lack of proper filtering; and kept communicating after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied and all was working well. Other companies wouldn't come right away and weren't available for several days or even weeks, and others refused to do the job unless you had a service membership with them or would get into contract with them. Not to mention the price tag, where Stephen beat them all. Overall a great experience and will definitely work with this company again.

Steve was fantastic, came out the same day I called him and installed the new pump. Took the time to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond to explain some things about my pool and filter that I didn't even know. This guy's the best, call him!

Steve came out same day I called, and advised that what would have been an $900 repair by my other pool company was not even needed-- we just had to use our timer for the existing pool pump. I appreciated so much his honesty-- he could have easily have told me it needed replacing but was honest and in so doing saved us $900! I can't recommend him highly enough. And he wouldn't let us pay him even for a service call. What a gem. We are probably going to convert to a saltwater pool and if so we are definitely using Steve. Steve for all future repairs!
