Description of Work: Stephen came out within one day notice, and was extremely thorough. We are purchasing a short sale and our pool needed a little TLC. He went through and explained everything that he was doing and answered every question that we had, as we had never owned a house with a pool before. I am very happy with the work, and will definitely be using him for our regular pool service.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the service. Stephen is honest and extremely reliable. When I first purchased the home I was cleaning the pool myself before I finally decided to hire somebody. The first pool guy let me down on a weekly basis and I figured this was what to expect from all of them. One day after he had left, I inspected the pool and found a freshly cracked tile along with an extremely dirty filter ( looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months!) and a water test that resulted in zero chlorine. Needless to say he was fired and sent a bill for the cracked tile! That is when I went straight to Angie's List and found Pool Master. He has been great and two of my neighbors now think so too! I like the fact that he is owner operated and takes great pride in his reputation. Thank you Stephen for my beautiful pool!!

 + -1 moreStephen replaced the pool pump with a new pump at no cost to me. He showed up when he said he would and he immediately took care of the problem so I had no worries at all. Service like that is very rare and very appreciated!
Description of Work: The pool pump was not working so I called Stephen on a Friday afternoon [the pump was still under warranty]. Steve answered the telephone and said he would take care of the pump the following Monday morning. That Monday morning, Steve went to the house and replaced the pump with a new pump. I could not ask for a more responsible, dependable person than Steve. He is there when I need him and I know I can depend on him and trust him - he is truly a man of his word - very rare qualities these days.

 + -1 moreWe expected just a well maintained pool, but Steve went beyond cleaning and servicing our pool! My husband mention we had a Polaris Vac Cleaner that wasn't working! To our surprise, on his next visit he brought us information that would help us in getting our Polaris repaired! When my husband showed Steve a switch that wasn't working.Steve wasted no time in repairing it! On top of that he is very friendly and will answer any questions you have about your pool. He is A++++++++ in our book! Great Guy!!!

 + -1 moreThis is the second guy we used. He was $15 cheaper than the current guy we were using. It wasn't too clean, so I switched to him based on price. He is very good, he comes to my house once a week. I am thrilled with him. He goes above and beyond. My pool looks sparkling and pristine all of the time. Not only was he cheaper, but he was better than the first company that we used. The owner is Stephen Rovnyak, and is licensed and insured.
Description of Work: He comes once a week to maintain and check up on our pool. He does the cleaning of the perimiter edges as well.
