I've used this company many times over the past few years. Very honest and I know the jobs are done correctly. I had them out today to change a shutoff valve on one of my toilets. The valve was not shutting completely off. They fixed the valve and replaced the fill line and flapper. While cleaning up they found the handle on the sink was loose and took a few minutes to tighten that up as well. I will continue to use this company for all plumbing repairs.

We called them on 7/19, and he set up a date of 7/25 between 9:00 and 10:30. That day, we did not hear from him, and we called at 10:25 a.m. He said he was having problems with his van. He arrived 45 minutes later (we think he forgot about our apptmt, but he didn't admit it). He arrived, and fixed our toilet problem When we called on 7/19, we explained we wanted our laundry room faucet handles, not the whole unit, changed out. He must have understood, because he talked about having to find the right size handles. After he finished the toilet, he said he was going to change out the whole faucet in the laundry room for $85 plus labor. We had to remind him that it wasn't changing the faucet, but the handles. He had to order the handles and make another trip. He took one of my handles so he knew what size to order. Therefore, we had to call him again, because he had the handle. Otherwise, we would not have called him again. We didn't hear from him. We called to remind him. He said he had to order the handles, the wrong handles came in, and he apologized that he didn't call us. On August 8th, his helper came and changed the handles for $45 ($20 labor and $25 parts.) If he would have done it all in one trip, it would have been less hassle and cheaper. Because he forgot about our apptmt and what he was doing, we think it took longer and cost more.
Description of Work: Fixed the flapper, float ball, handle, and a leaking tank. $25 trip charge and $16 helper charge and $75 labor, the rest materials.

He's personable, very knowledgeable and prompt. He did this job in one trip. He's reasonably priced as well. We were very happy with him and would highly recommend him for other people to use.
Description of Work: We had a garbage disposal, but the guy who put it in originally didn't do it properly and the piping underneath the sink wasn't done right. The original installer did a terrible job. Peter made it work and also fixed some piping. He corrected a major problem we had.
