+ -1 moreThe first visit was very good, I was told if I had any problems to call them and they would come and take care of it. The issue I have is they don't answer the phone during office hour and do not return messages when left. I called many times over the last week because I have a bug problem again and if I have a service contract I expect the company to at least return my messages. If they ever respond I will let you know the results but I am not impressed with this company and would not recommend the at this point.
Description of Work: Sprayed inside and outside for bugs. Signed a service agreement for 1 year.

+ -1 moreTechnician arrived on schedule. Met with me to see if I had any other insect problems, which I did. Sprayed for the insect problems noted and treated the foundation of my home for termite protection. As usual, the technician was knowledgeable, courteous and on-time for the appointment.
Description of Work: Pestsmart Pest Protection Services has been servicing my home for the past six years. Monthly, they spray the outside of my home. Yearly they spay the outside and a thorough inside spraying. I recently had Pestsmart retreat the foundation of my home for termite protection. I have found Pestsmart to always be very courteous, knowledgeable and arrive for appointments on time. If additional treatment is needed due to insects entering my home, they schedule an appointment and perform the work, usually at no charge.
