Paint My House by Sonny & Dee

Sonny was a good and skillful worker. The only complaint was that he estimated he would complete the job in two or three days. Unfortuately he let other intrusions keep him away from our job part of the time and the work kept our home disrupted through the following week. We retained Dee to faux paint one living room wall and the bathroom. I don't think she had the experience she claimed to have and had to bring in an associate to help her. Where Sonny was extremely neat and careful, Dee was somewhat messy and rquired Sonny to come back and clean up after her. The above comments are meant to be constructive and would not (did not) preclude our retaining Sonny for a second job.

A pleasant, punctional, skilled technician who handles himself professionally and seems able to complete any project thrown his way in an exemplary manner. Mr. Doyle instills confidence in the manner in which he is able to answer all your questions and, when called for, make alternate suggestions.

Crumbling wallpaper had to be removed in a bathroom after damage from a roof leak. Under the wallpaper the wall structure was found to be badly eroded. "Son" was able to treat the walls and ceiling, build up the uneven structures, drywall and sand to a smooth surface, and then faux paint a most charming design that surpassed the original wallpaper. He further found wood rot around a kitchen window that did not have the appropriate marble window sill as all the other windows in the house. He repaired that area as well, purchased the slab of marble I needed, had it cut to the appropriate specifications and seated it in place. He was always prompt, curteous and respectful to go along with his obvious skill and knowledge. He brought me receipts for everything he purchased on my behalf. My home and its belongings were well protected while he worked and he cleaned up completely when the job was done. A very charming young man with many skills, faux painting being just one of them. I plan to use him again.
