Clowns! Contacted them in January. Took a couple of weeks to get a quote to repair/seal flat roof (told them I had a leak so we concluded re-tar and sealing was necessary - and repair of a couple of shingles; they came out) and quoted me for $3,500. That was pretty much what the other companies had quoted me but I selected them as there were the only ones with reviews on here. Then the nightmare started. They ghosted me for months; although I texted them 18 times (I counted, every couple of weeks pretty much to get the start date and let my tenants know). Finally I was able to get a hold of them last week; Oscar mentioned he didnt have the measurement for the roof anymore and promised to come the same day. I then drove to Miami to meet him as I wasn't here when he came out the first time. But that very same day he forgot, so I drove 65 miles for nothing (I live in Miami). Then he finally came out yesterday, and now the quote is $24,500. Nothing has changed since January as far as the roof goes. I am ... speechless.
