MONSTER BRICK PAVERS

The whole job was supposed to be $300.00 more, but that would have entailed sealing the whole job. Unfortunately I should have sealed it earlier, or waited until after the rainy season. I haven't been able to call them back to seal it because we have had too much rain. They did a very nice job. They worked hard.

Alex scheduled the work to be done when I was in Florida at my vacation home. He recommended changes to my original design which were an improvement and I agreed. He began with two workers removing grass and soil down to the proper level, while not damaging any other grass. He found irrigation lines under the patio and capped them off as per my request. He then brought in two more workers to finish the job before a holiday weekend. After the job was done I didn't like the look of the existing concrete pad under the A/C compressor. Without delay, he suggested we gently lift up the compressor, which had enough flexibility in the copper and electric lines, and he had his crew redo the paver's to include the area under the compressor, completely covering the concrete pad. In fact, it didn't take long, but it wasn't in the contract and I think was beyond what many contractors would have offered. The job turned out great and with little mess. Alex was very professional and a real gentleman.
