+ -1 moreWe bought a house with a new roof installed by Molsbee Roofing. Within 18 months, the roof started leaking in multiple spots causing interior damage in the home. The roof is under a 5 yr warranty, but since the home has changed hands Molsbee has refused to honor the warranty. In addition, the company also refused to supply us with the language in the original contract where it states that their obligation to live up to the warranty does not apply to the roof in case the house is sold. Buyer beware!

+ -1 moreMolsbee Roofing “A roofing company with integrity” right up until the point they actually have to be responsible. I had to get a new tire because they seemingly can’t do something so simple as to not leave nails laying around. The owners response was “I don’t want to pay for a new tire” guess what? I didn’t want to have your nail in my tire. I didn’t want to have to get a new tire but had to because the nail was in the side wall. I didn’t want to have to sit in a waiting room for three hours to have the tire replaced. I didn’t want to have to continually call your company looking for you to do the right thing, and get the same answer which was no answer at all. If you read this and decide to move forward with this company you better hope you don’t have any issues because if you do don’t expect them to do the right thing as Molsbee Roofing has no integrity.

+ -1 moreMolsbee Roofing did an exceptional job on my roof. You cannot even tell where the tree had fallen and broken through the roof. They were professional, prompt, courteous, clean, and extremely quick. I never thought having a roof replaced would be so painless.
Description of Work: A tree fell on my house during Hurricane Irma and left a moon roof in the bedroom. Total roof replacement.

Description of Work: They came on time and were very professional and efficient. They replaced a 8x8 section of my tile roof. Also replaced an 8ft section of fascia board. They were careful to show me all the damaged portions of the roof and detailed how they would fix it.
