Mike's Seamless Gutters

Mike from Cuba was an example of a trustworthy and hard working person. He accommodated our schedule and budget. He was on time, and was able to complete the job of installing gutters in our new home ahead of schedule. His first language is Spanish and if you don t speak it you have to communicate via his wife. To give an idea on how hardworking this vendor is. By the time he was finished with our house he had already secured work from two neighbors of mine, this without even being able to fully communicate with them. I was super happy and impressed.

Excellent value for the work. Very nice people. Mike proposed a solution to the water accumulation problem we have where the downspouts empty onto the ground. We won't know if it works until the next heavy rain. There was a miscommunication concerning the color of the downspouts which is now being rectified. Mike's wife is the translator because her English is much better than his. We erred in making an assumption about the old/new material.

Repaired and installed new gutter. Installed a new section of gutter and down spout. No pressure, in fact, down sold me. Questioned why I wanted to replace some, rather than repair it. Mike and Yesenia are a great team. They came out to my house the day after I called to get an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, $200. less than another seamless gutter installation estimate. They started work the very next day, removing the old gutters as well as the rotten fascia boards. The new fascia boards went up the next day and received a perfect paint job, then day 3 the gutters were installed and they look amazing. Today it's raining and the gutters are great, no problems whatsoever. And, after all the demolition work to remove the old gutters and woodwork, there wasn't any debris left behind, they left the area around the house in perfect shape.I highly recommend them if you need any big gutter replacement project taken care of. Couldn't be happier!!! Total Thumbs Up to Mike's Seamless Gutters!!

I’m a stickler for time Mike showed up early. They did an awesome job and will also do a follow-up on his work. Phenomenal great company.

Mike did a great job; was professional, gave additional information, and reassured us that these were not problematic repairs. He was on time, did what he said he needed to do , repaired all gutter corners, cleaned up and charged less than he wrote in his estimate. We were delighted with his work. My wife was happy I didn't fall off a ladder trying to do this job. Worth every bit of the cost! I certainly would recommend Mike!
