Description of Work: Ed Cox is the best! Struggled to find a Cabinet Maker with both business skills and design skills. Several came to our home, took measurements, spent time with us and then were never heard from again....true story! Called Ed based on a review on Angie's List and he responded promptly and then arrived at our home on time on the appointed date. He took pictures, notes, audio and said he would put our thoughts on his design system and send it to us and start from there. Within 24-48 hours he had computerized designs for us, which have changed over the intervening time period. We have visited his shop twice in order to fine tune the items we needed. Ed is patient, considerate, and understands the difficulty we consumers have in making up our mind and reaching a final decision. A prince of a man! We have to date received a new cabinet for the kitchen and two special-design doors from him. They are beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. When we called with little add-ons, he was happy to comply. We now await the Entertainment Center, which has gone through an emotional (on our part) change of veneer, which Ed patiently assisted us through. We hope to have it by mid-July. In addition to having all the skill and business qualities that we had hoped for, he is a fountain of information on other professionals, including painting and Audio (see write up on Decor Interiors, Inc.), and others. Working with Milo and Ed Cox has been a very positive experience, having been frustrated by two or three other flooring and cabinetmakers prior to finding him. Do not hesitate to contact him. He knows how to get the job done...and well!!

Description of Work: We had kitchen cabinetry designed and custom made to our specifications. Ed was wonderful to work with and helped design exactly what we wanted. We were so happy with how our kitchen turned out that we had a custom designed wall unit built as well. I would definitely recommend Milo Custom Contractors to others and would use this company again.
