He did not put the mirrors in the right place and charged and extra $50. He did not put up the blinds correctly.

Completed the jobs as per my expectation.

He's a professional individual who gets the job done. He replaced the rollers on my patio doors and also replaced the weather strip on all my doors. I will be using him again.

I was quoted $350 to replace all the rollers on my 6 patio sliding doors. Manny came and removed one roller. After looking at the remaining doors he said it would be at least $1000 plus cost of the rollers. I decided not to do it and he charged me $140.00 for the house call and put the old roller back in. After he left I tried to open the door he put the old roller back into and I could not move it. It took me, a 73 year old and my 68 year old wife to move it. I would have expected a customer oriented businessman to go out buy the new roller replacement and put it in for $140.00. He was here for 45 minutes. I watched how he pulled out the bad roller and replaced 16 rollers myself in 8 hours. Total cost my time and $122.00 for the rollers from Home Depot. It was far less costly than the $125.00 per hour plus roller cost that Manny wanted to charge me. In closing I think Manny is a nice guy but looking for the quick buck.

Manny did a wonderful job installing my kitchen appliance's that just arrived to my new house. Dishwasher, stovetop, microwave drawer, garbage disposal, & washer & dryer set-up. I will most certainly recommend him and use him again.

for some reason, maybe I reminded him of someone that he did not like. i would ask questions, he would mostly ignore me, w/o saying give me a minute until I get up or something. so he installed a garbage disposal. when my wife came home from work she took the pan out from before when it was dripping, and she told me that it is leaking. so i stuck my hand to feel it because i can not bend down on the ground, and i felt the leak so i tried to hand tighten it some more and it just dismantled. so i pushed upward and it popped back in. i can normally change it but i have mobility issues. so i called and asked if he can come and take a look and he told me that i must have done something to it when my wife was the one that noticed the leakage. i told him that it was her that noticed it, so he came right over, there were some other miniscule issues that is not worth getting into. so that's it.

Manny was just wonderful. He came when he said he would. He did beyond what he had to do in Taking down and Putting up 2 65" TVs He was so very very nice. I will definitely use him again. Very happy with outcome of the projects he did for me. Very reliable and true to his word. I would call him to handle any situation I need done. Happy I found him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing any work done.

He works great all by himself. Very professional, however, I wish he would tell me that I had to pay him. Now this job gave me more headaches than it is worth.

Weather stripping on my house was installed very cleanly, he was patient and polite while addressing any questions I had and he was able to accomodate a Saturday appointment. Would definately recommend.

Quoted $250 for installation of TV mount and outlet. Was more difficult than anticipated and charged $350 at job completion. Did not discuss during job that he would require more money.
