Utterly Irresponsible and Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs I had the absolute misfortune of hiring M&L Design and Hardscape, owned by Mauricio Barragan and Linda Ortiz Perez, for a paver project. After multiple follow-ups and countless no-shows, they never completed the job. They happily took the deposit but provided nothing but excuses and empty promises. Communication was abysmal—every scheduled day went by without any contact or updates. This company, under the direction of Mauricio Barragan and Linda Ortiz Perez, is completely irresponsible and I would strongly discourage anyone from considering their service. I did receive a partial reimbursement of the deposit after many follow-ups (again) and since having to find another contractor, this project ended up costing more than the initial budget. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for reliable contractors.

Everyone showed up on time and got the job done without wasting time. I was very happy with the outcome and highly recommend this company. Pricing was more than fair but the quality was high.

Mauricio and his crew are absolutely wonderful. They came immediately and addressed all my needs and helped me design a beautiful front garden bed. They also used tiles to create a beautiful patio. They were on time, reasonably priced, and dependable. I will use them again for sure!

Excellent! They did precisely what I’d hoped for in my planter design with beautiful flagstone and flowering shrubs! They also cleaned up the yard ,trimmed my four bougainvillea trees and hibiscus trees , my palm trees and removed an unsightly hedge and took away all of the trimmings! On time , professional and courteous! I would recommend them 💯 %

This company was given a Very complicated And difficult job and made it look easy and got the job done on time and for a very fair price. It was nothing short of remarkable. You will not find a better company for your hardscaping or landscaping needs. They are one shop. I really hit the jackpot when I hired these guys. I plan to have them do more work on my home In the near future. They do quality work. They do it on time. They communicate with you throughout the process. There are no surprises. It’s a husband and wife company Family run. They don’t play games Or try to rip you off. Companies like this are extremely rare to find in South Florida. I have extremely high standards of what I consider to be a good job and these guys blew it out of the water. 10 out of five stars. 100% plan to call them again. Look no further.
