The electrician was prompt, courteous, professional, quick and assisted my wife in taking care of the issues we wanted resolved.

The job went very well. The electrician did more than was expected. In the past I had used service men who were not qualified electricians...and therefore they did not provide qualified electrical services that Angie's List recommends. The Electrician removed the old ceiling fan and lighting fixture and installed the new one that I had purchased. He took away the old ceiling fixture and the discarded parts.. He left the room perfectly clean. The electrician was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and trustworthy. I was very pleased with the company and the job...even though I had to pay an additional amount of money because it took more time than was allocated for the "deal" that we initially agreed upon.But it was money well spent.

He arrived on time, started job immediately. He asked questions making sure I was happy and completed the jobs in a timely manner. He cleaned up afterwards and we were happy with him and his service.

Overall A grade experience. I'd recommend the company.

The electrician was great and very professional.

The installation of the electrical fixtures/sockets went well -- it was the events surrounding them that went poorly. I has purchased a "Big Deal" -- 2 hours of electric repair service --from Maccloud and completed the form asking about what services were required. A few days later I got a call from Corey at Maccloud verifying the appointment and asking as to what needed to be done specifically. I explained what was required and I also sent several pictures via text messaging to show the outdoor light fixture. This was 2 days prior to the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 8am -- the electrician, Mike, arrived at our home at 8:20. I showed him the outdoor fixture -- he then came back with his tools and the parts for doing the installation. After spending a few minutes examining the fixture he told me to look at the fixture. He explained that the fixture had 3/4" openings and that the piping that holds up the fixture was the same size. He told me the problem was that the replacement parts he brought were for 1/2" fixtures -- and that he did not have any correct parts on his truck. I told him I would go buy the replacement parts -- and that he should begin to replace the interior electric sockets. It took me approximately 30 minutes to get the parts and return to my home. By that time he had completed the interior socket installation. This was approximately 9:30am. At 10:30 am Mike had not yet completed the outdoor light fixture work, when I had to leave for an appointment (my wife was still at home). At approximately 11:15 I sent a text message to Corey asking him to call me. At approximately 11:30 I spoke with my wife and she told me that Mike had just finished the work. I then called Corey and explained that I did not want to have to pay any additional labor charge for that morning's work. I told him that I had to get the necessary parts that morning -- and that it would have been expected that he would have any necessary parts required. He said that there are 20 different box sizes for the fixture and he could not be expected to have every option available on his trucks. I responded that was the reason I had sent pictures over 2 days earlier top ensure that he had the necessary parts -- and that he could have called me to confirm the exact size. He said something to the effect that "are you going to hassle me over a 1/2 hour -- $37.50 in labor?" I told him that I would call him back. I then called my wife and asked if the work was done -- she said it was. I then sent Corey a text message saying I would pay him the additional $37.50. I will note that the final bill for the additional 1/2 hour was charged at $85 an hour -- or $42.50. Corey can keep the extra $5 -- I will never use Maccloud again -- and I will never recommend them. To be fair.... Mike is a very good electrician and acted in a very professional manner despite Corey's actions.

Very well. Mike took out the old fan and cleared away the debris. New fan is steady and working fine.

This is my 3rd time hiring them & their quality of work was excellent as usual. They arrived on time, left a clean work-site & were pleasant to deal with. They ran into an unexpected problem with the replacement timer & went out of their way to fix the issue for me & make sure everything was 100 % satisfactory. Will definitely use them again.

My problem turned out to be much more involved to fix than anticipated yet Corey stayed with it and completed the full job to my absolute satisfaction. Could not ask for more thorough and quality work, person, and company!

Mike was great. He got all of the work done within 2 hours, was careful and cleaned up as he went along. He came when promised and got the job done.
